Being 5ft8, I agree with her, is hardly Amazonian status, but it's still a tall female height. She did come over as a strong woman in Skunk Anansie - but that's a good thing and it's what made Skunk Anansie the success that they were/are.
I was round my friends Sid 'n' Sally's one afternoon in the late 80's and they were playing some music which I'd never heard before. I asked Sal, "Who's this original group? I really like them!"
It was then that I was introduced to this one-of-a-kind band and their music brings back happy memories to this day.
Confident lady Skin can have 5ft8. I'd love to know what she's up to now!

‘Only’ 5 ft 8! 5ft 8 is pretty tall for a woman, then add in heels, and her strong character & physique - she is powerful.

what? I saw her in London at a movie premier 6 years ago and she looked huge! so she was wearing platforms then...but i always thought she was taller than me and im 183. weird.
