I think he is somewhat close to 6ft. When he met Ryan tedder and Adam Levine (Both are 6ft), Charlie was a little taller than them.
Also, Shawn Mendes is very tall. (I think he is 6'2" as he mentions),but it seems like the height difference between him and Charlie is 1.5- 2 inches at the most/

Did some investigation on liam paynes instagram and there is a video of them together and Charlie looks about 5cm taller than 1.75 listed liam and he's not wearing massive footwear so 1.8 could be close to him .
