The person below who said that shoe size is proportional to height - thats not true. I have a friend who is 4'11 and I am nearly 5'8 and we both have uk size 5 feet.

In the Atomic Kitten video 'Eternal Flame' you can see that Jenny Frost and Liz McClarnon are the same height. The 3 girls are walking barefoot in unison towards the camera at the beginning and end of the video. Natasha Hamilton looks to be 2 1/2 to 3 inches shorter than Liz and Jenny. If you go to YouTube and freeze the video when the girls are side-by-side, you can see how their eyes line up, head and shoulders line up.

In 2006, Liz participated in a charity fundraiser called Win a Celebrity Dream Date. In her dating profile, Liz's height was listed as 5'6". Presumably Liz would give her true height so that her potential date would be aware of how they would appear height-wise standing together.

I recall in an interview Liz and Jenny mentioned that they have the same shoe size - shoe size is roughly proportional to height. In their early concerts, the girls wore running shoes. I could see that they didn't wear large sized runners that girls 5'8" and taller wear. Natasha's shoes were small; Liz and Jenny wore medium sized shoes.

So I'm confident that Jenny Frost is 5'6"; Liz McClarnon is 5'6"; and Natasha Hamilton is 5'3" to 5'3 1/2" tall. With high heels on, Liz and Jenny appear to be tall.

I've read in one atomic kitten forum that Jenny is 5'11.5 (182cm), Liz 5'10.5 (179cm)and Natasha 5'5.75 (167cm)
