American Wrestler. In his book, "Have a nice day" he says about himself: "Mick Foley, who at a height of six-foot-four". In person I thought he was more 6ft 2 range. He mentioned in 2011 he was measured 6ft 1.25, but today has regained height and measures near 6ft 3.

I think Foley's claim of regaining height is more credible than Hogan or DiBiase's tall tales (excuse pun). Hogan stated that surgery brought him from about 6ft4 (which he hasn't looked in over 15 years) to just over 6ft5 (not far off his peak- comical when you place him next to the current 6ft4-5 range guys in WWE). DiBiase has also claimed that he was down to 6ft1 and post-surgery is now back at his prime height of 6ft4!

Foley had to have been at least 6ft2½. All in all, probably was closer to 6ft3 than 6ft2. 6ft4 is a wrestling boots claim.
Nowadays, walks shorter but probably can still hit 6ft2 if measured. I think DDPY helped him out a bit...

The pic Rob posted here with Kevin James (5’8”) in high school with Foley looks like 6 inch difference.
Maybe he was a fraction over like 6’2 1/4”, but he looks like a true 6’2” like Sting, William Regal, etc..

I met Mick Foley in person at a con in my hometown in 2019, still an extremely large man and about a good foot taller than Mysterio who he was there with. I am 5'10 and he was a good 3.5 or 4 inches taller than I am so that sounds about right. Similar to the measurement I saw on Mysterio where about 5'2 surely seems fair.

Rob take a look at him beside kane hodder just search " mich foley kane hooder" He looks mutch taller than kane hooder. Kane hodder looks to have normal shoes that day. im starting to think that kane was maybe at best 6´2 and is down to barely over 6 feet today.

I was lucky enough to meet Mick Foley and 6'3 or 6'4 would be right. I was shocked how big he was as he seemed just a regular size compared to the people he wrestled. I'm 6 on the nose and he towered over me!

On twitter there is a series of photos of Foley with 6’3” listed boxer Dave Allen, and Foley looks surprisingly tall- in some photos a little taller than Allen, in some a little shorter. Allen is about the same height as Luis Ortiz and Dillian Whyte and has described himself as 6’2.5”- he is at least 6’2”.
Foley is actually looking a good 6’2” with Allen, and he looks much bigger overall than 240ish lb Allen too.
On twitter there is a series of photos of Foley with 6’3” listed boxer Dave Allen, and Foley looks surprisingly tall- in some photos a little taller than Allen, in some a little shorter. Allen is about the same height as Luis Ortiz and Dillian Whyte and has described himself as 6’2.5”- he is at least 6’2”.
Foley is actually looking a good 6’2” with Allen, and he looks much bigger overall than 240ish lb Allen too.

I don't think he was hyping up his height; I think it's possible that he may have been 6'4" at one point. The man has had several back surgeries in the past 20 years from completely crushed vertebrae. It's not hard to believe that he may have lost a couple of inches in height.

Exactly. You guys put wrestlers like 3 inches more than their real height. Even the wrestlers themselves add 2 or 3 inches to their height. Especially Randy Orton, who I would say 6"2, but he says 6"5.

There's no doubt about foleys height. He's always been billed at 6'2" and he is 6'2". I've never seen a pic where he looks under that height.
