Lacoste Marice are a casual plimsoll that have a simple canvas design, OrthoLite insole for comfort and provide a low profile. If you desire footwear that doesn't add much height, these are ideal.

In terms of heel height, I measured these Plimsolls at USC and found they give you around 12mm, or just under 0.5 inches, which in terms of footwear is quite thin.
