I tried that cabbage soup diet once. I lost weight, but basically you're starving yourself, and when you go back to normal the weight comes back. I'm over 6ft and weigh 13 or 14 stone, but I feel good. I judge my weight by my belt-hole: if I have to move up one I cut back a bit. If I have to tighten it a bit, then I know I need to eat more.

That's definitely too low. Near 6ft1 is possible, at least in the Madness days anyway. There was one guy in the band who was taller, I'm gonna say at least 6ft2
Here's a more recent shot. Guy in the middle with the hat and glasses looks like he'd be 2in taller than Suggs

Could you also do Lil Durk? I've seen people say he's between 5'7" - 8" however he looks waaaay taller. I've also seen a picture of him and Polo G and I was surprised how they compare, Durkio is over a head shorter than him.
