@ Sandy Cowell - Hi!

I have since cast my vote and raised Abbie's average a little! I didn't go too high in order to even it out, I went for what I thought, 5' foot 6 and a little bit of change! Others have now voted too and raised her average a bit, that's the benefit of being on the "Comments page"!

And the lucky recipient is ... ? 🎯!

There is no better job to make time fly by than one that you can do, enjoy doing, and are challenged by! It beats clock watching!

There is nothing better than visiting a park, as you can relax with nice scenery around you and nature too, it's great that there are parks in places like London and they offer an escape from city life for people!

Cheers!

@ Nik - I have never called someone a 'hole' yet! I have to try it some time!

Well, I much prefer a job wherein the time flies by and that is always a busy one!

From what I remember of Holborn Viaduct, it was a friendly part of the City of London, with trees and nice cafes to chill out in! I used to walk through Hatton Garden to get to my place of work, which is where they sell expensive jewellery. I'm sure there was at least one bench-filled park too. Also, I worked there in the Autumn, my favourite part of the year, and that adds to the good memories!

Just calling somebody a "hole" is pretty insulting too! It is funny that Harvey Keitel's Mr White told Mr Pink, "Don't you call me an @rsehole", and that he waved his finger at him whilst he was saying it!

Yes, the most interesting job's are the high pressure ones, as long as you can withstand the pressure, which you could. Sometimes pressurised jobs are enjoyable as long as the pressure is not unbearable, I found that when I was under a lot of pressure at work that I thrived on the responsibility and the fact that I was snowed under! You can also get a lot of job satisfaction from knowing that a lot of people are relying on you carrying out your duties!

Tell me a bit more about the Holborn Viaduct area please!

I also like the "hello am 5 foot 7" part of what Abbie says above! I like how "hello" as crept into people's conversations in the way that it has!

I may raise Abbie's average vote a bit, it's too low!

Have a great week too, my friend!

@ Nik - Yes, I think many would agree that @rsehole is the ultimate insult! Remember Harvey Keitel's Mr White in 'Reservoir Dogs' telling Mr Pink, "Don't you call me an @rsehole!"..... waving his finger at him? Funny stuff, to be sure!

Well, Nik, I worked in Holborn Viaduct as a secretary for Whitworth's the brewery, managing the North London pubs. It was a lovely area to work in, and brings back good memories! I left for a much better paid job at my Mum's insistance, but the work wasn't taxing enough, and when that is the case, time doesn't fly by at all! It seems like an eternity to get through a single boring day! I prefer a high-pressure job, where the time just flies by! My little brewery job WAS like that and I should have stayed there, but I was very young and under my Mum's thumb - and roof!

Have a super week, my friend!

@ Sandy Cowell - Hi!

I think that @rsehole is close to being the ultimate insult! In fact it is even worse than @ss hole or @rse! I like how you exchanged the "a" for a "@", that was a very good small change as it looks like an "a"!

It is interesting that you used to work near Holborn Viaduct, what job did you do there?

Abbie can pass for 5'6.25"! She ain't 5'5.33", someone must have voted low!

@ Nik - Oh but it is if you call someone an @rse or an @rsehole! I'm sure many have been punched for less!

😬👊!

@ Sandy Cowell - Hi!

Yes, she says what she means and means what she says!

If you want to see more of that visit Emma Atkins' page!

Your English teacher had a good sense of humour and yes I agree that we should all use words like a**e a lot more, it is a legitimate word and it is not insulting, so why not?

Abbie is at least 5'6", but she isn't 5'7"!
Sandy Cowell said on 17/Apr/18
@ Nik - Hi! I gave her 5ft6 as well!

Yes, this girl says exactly what she means, doesn't she? And why not? We all know what an a**e is! I take it from the spelling that she's English! That's always a giveaway, isn't it, so I reckon we should all say a**e a lot more, especially in written composition!

Now tell that to the teachers from when I was at school! They'd have had a fit! My English teacher, who DID have an excellent sense of humour, sent it round the upper school when I used 's*d' as a derisory term in one of my essays! He actually thought it was great!👍😁

@ Sandy Cowell - Good evening!

I don't know about 5'7", but she sure is a convincing 5'6" er! I may even afford her some change!

I think that Abbie Holborn is a very sweet name!

I like her way with words, as in hello and a**e!

Cheers!

I can't biscuitfy this Abbie's name, but it sounds a little like a cross between a roll-up and a small cathedrel in Olde London Town! (Holborn Viaduct to be exact: I used to work round there!)

Abbie gets 5ft6!
