My middle name is Allison and spelt the same way as Ms Mack's. My Mum said it is the Scottish way, but I notice it's the popular way in America too.

As a child, aged seven to be precise, I wasn't very fond of it and kicked my brother in a very sensitive place 😲 for telling our lodger my middle name; I went to bed without any dinner that night! ☹️

I particularly like the name now because it's the same as the psychic lady Patricia Arquette plays in 'Medium'. 🔮

Quite terrible to see what became of her although it's undeniable she shares a good part of responsibility in what happened.
Having a particular dislike for anything religious,it's even more heartbreaking to see how some people are able to manipulate others by pseudo cults.To think that a***oles like Miscavige or Raniere managed to federate tens of thousands of people around themselves by the pseudo science they're bringing out of nowhere is just unbearable when you think that many associations seeking to make the world better (fighting against poverty,disease,for environment and so on)are hardly heard of (if ever).Not to speak of how easily some manipulators get access to huge sums of money.

I recently discovered a video Allison Mack posted on her own YouTube channel that dates back to 2007 (yep, 10 years ago, time flies).

It's a Q&A titled 'Ask Allison: Part 2'. And on the latter part of this very video she was asked - by a fan - 'how tall she was' and she then promptly went on to say 'I'm five foot five' and that they made her wear 4 inch heels on Smallville as well as walk on some sort of ~5 inch high platform whenever she had a scene with Tom Welling, who - in her own words - 'is a giant, like really, really ostentatiously tall'

And she always looked about that standing next to 5'3" Kristin Kreuk on Smallville. Kudos to Mack for not fibbing more about her height, an A-list actress her size would probably be claiming 5'7".

One of the nicest girls ever, actor or not! She looks much taller than 5'1 Carrie Fisher, I mean more than two inches! Carrie can't be less than 5'1 which is very short, so...
As for hair difference with Ed Rob, frankly, that's minimal! No fluffy hair for her in the picture!

On her website, allisonmack.com, on a video blog, she answers the "how tall are you really" question. Her answer: 5 ft 5, but on the show, 5 ft 9 cause they make her stand on boxes. Why would she lie?

In the torch there is a measuring strip on the door frame they walk through ... when Welling passes by, it measures him around 6'3ish. Assuming this is accurate, Allison must be around 5'2ish because when she walks by she measures around 5'4. She always wears pretty chucky shoes with at least two inch lifts.

In Smallville she doesn't seem to be that small but that's just because she stands on some boxes when she talks to Tom Welling.
Allison is either 5'4'' or a tad under that (compared to Sam Jones).

There is no way Allison is 5'5. She's only a bit shorter than Sam Jones III (Pete Ross) and he's about 5'6 or 5'7. I'm thinking 163cm is about right.
