I'm a legit 5'10" person. I had flat dress shoes (driving shoes that give very little height). He was in a store and we talked. He was slightly taller than me. I would put him at 5'11". Didn't see his footwear, but I don't think they gave him that much of an advantage. Maybe even a little taller. This guy may need an upgrade. Unless he was wearing lifts or sneakers that gave him a big advantage, 5'10" might be too conservative.
