Martin L GOre is five foot seven. Fletcher is six foot three. David Gahan is five foot ten inches tall. THis is from several sources. The tall 80s dudes were in Duran Duran, with LeBon and Nigel Taylor both at six foot two inches tall.

Rob, I think he's never over 5'9" flat 176 cm range. That's the max I'd give him his peak. The min is 5'8" flat like 174 cm range. Yeah, he wear high-heeled shoes. With he can looks close to 5'10" but In my opinion he never hits that range.

Dave is an in law of mine and i see him occasionally at family gatherings. He's easily a strong 5 foot 10. Was a good inch and a half or so taller than me when I've stood speaking to him.

I'v got a photo of him and me standing next to eachother backstage in 1988. I put him at at the same height as my brother of 5'9.5"

He never looked tall to me. I was surprised by the 5'11" official height. He never looked more than 5'8" to me, based on his smallish build, and his height around others. Martin Gore looks pretty short, shorter than he is. 5'8" at his peak, shorter now.

I am guessing that Dave is much shorter. If you see he wears always high-heeled shoes, while he is hardly taller than Martin on stage who is 170 cm. By the way, if Dave was 177-180 cm why would he wear high-heeled shoes ? It is an average, decent height.

Not sure I would ever have gone quite this high for Dave. Think he has been living in Cuban heels since the mid 80s. Quite interesting to look at the height difference between him and Martin through the years. It isn't very consisitent.
I think Dave is probably more in the 5'9 flat range, especially these days, and looks 5'10 flat range in his Cubans. Great addition though and one of the greatest frontmen ever from the UK. Watch him leading the crowd on Never Let Me Down Again from 101 - definitely larger than life there!
