Deborah Watling's Height
4ft 11 ¾ (151.8 cm)
English actress, best remembered for playing companion Victoria during the Patrick Troughton era of Doctor Who. She said of her height in a video interview on a Dr Who DVD that she was "5 foot...just under".
Sport was brilliant, and I was actually captain of several teams like hockey, tennis and netball. I was five foot nothing and all the other girls were towering above me, but I was still sports captain.

I remember Patrick Troughton playing Doctor Who, and I vaguely recall Deborah's character of Victoria.
I've noticed that the Doctor's helpers of yesteryear tended to be very much on the short side - because they played younger. That 'rule' was broken when Louise Jameson came along.
Deborah gets 4ft11.75.
Oh how sad. I've just read up top that Deborah is no longer with us. I've just had a look on Google and found that the poor lady died of lung cancer nearly 3 years ago, aged 69.
