In hallown two i had no idea it was a different actor as in 1981 when it came out i was age just 8, so you think its always the same actor. It was a good film, but maybe not as good as the first one wich really does scare you when your age just 5 in 1978. But i think i first saw it in 1980. Its a real horror film becouse of the story line when a young michael at age just 8 i think kills his sister with what looks like the same knife he uses all the time after that, and he puts a mask on when he does it. Then at the start of halloween one 21 years later when his dr and nurse drive to his mental hospital to see who i dont know? And the rain is hammering down and you just feel the fear in the car alone then it gets worse when one of the best scences in that film is when you see the patients out in the rain and very dark with just a hospital goony on and a 15 to 20 foot high fence just seperate them from getting out and you see about 5 or 6 of them just walking around then donald pleasance whos his dr says out loud to the nurse keep driving dont stop dont stop, take me up to the gate. Then he gets out to use the phone that gets you in no doubt, but some how myers has got out and jumps onto the car roof smashing the window with his hand and the nurse gets out as myers gets in and drives well away. But i thought it was the same actor in the second one becouse its hard to tell what height they are as there mostly on there own or driving or killing a young woman at 5'6" so i thought this guy was just the same height as the first one, wich was 5'11" to 6'0" you just never think they will use some one whos 5'9", so they have put him in 2 inch lifts for sure.

No, Nick Castle stipulated he was close to 6'0 when he shot the original film back in the late '70s.

The original Michael Myers would be 6'0 when rounded up since Nick Castle is listed as 5'11.5 peak height here on CH.

I rewatched Halloween 2 a few nights ago, and Dick Warlock genuinely can pass off as a big 5'11 guy with the lifts they got him wearing.

Fun fact: His favourite kill was the hot tub scene... for obvious reasons.

The original Michael Myers was billed at 5,11" which was roughly Nick Castle's height in 1978, never seen the original Michael billed at 6", H2 picked up exactly where H1 left off so it din't have to be taller than that

Is that all he is? I'm watching 'Halloween 2' right now and he looks much taller, obviously due to lifts. He overpowered and snuffed the life out of 6ft1.5 Leo Rossi, for crying out loud! Huh! These special effects have a lot to answer for!

This is true although differant sites have given Mike differant heights in the first one it was thought he was 6ft in 2 Warlock was a little short of 6ft 5ft9 so yes 3 inch lifts made him 6ft in the 4th and 6th he was played by Wilbur who was 6ft4 in 5 he was 6ft2 also in 7 and 8 he was 6ft2 in the Zombie versions they made a Giant well over 6ft,6ft2,and 6ft4 they made him 6ft8 lol

I read he wore lifts to play a tall Michael in H2. He appeared to be around 5'11'' or 6' with them on so yeah, he has to be 5'9'' or 5'9 1/2''

Yeah...I've seen the movie atleast ten times. I haven't seen him since the film, but he was really thin. And obviously is wearing lifts, so he looks six foot in H2.
