Faran has never looked as tall as 177cm to me. He's looked like somewhere between 174-175cm instead. Case in point, here is a picture of him with Colin O' Donaghue from Once Upon a Time, Click Here. He was consistently shorter than Colin in their scenes as Captain Nemo and Captain Hook, respectively, by about 3-4cm. Now, Colin is listed as 178, but in the show he noticeably wears boots and maybe lifts for a 2-3cm boost to be 180-181cm. So taken this into account, and that Faran might have a slight boost in foot wear too, they are probably 2-3cm apart in real life, making Faran 174-175cm. Overall, 5'8.75" will be my guess for him.

matt barlow is over 6'1..... absolutley no doubt about it.... i mean, co me on...... in the pic he nearly looks 6'3 if he stood straight, chin up and next vertical i could see 6'3.

Jon Shaeffer said Matt left Iced Earth because the events of 9/11 made him contemplate what he's doing with his life. Matt wanted to do something in law enforcement, and was no longer interested in the life is a "lowly rock star" or something like that.

Wow awesome there are Iced Earth fans on here...
I was watching some of my Iced Earth bootlegs and Shaffer and Barlow always appear to be the same height when they are on stage (when they are about 5-10 feet away from each other), but when they get closer to each other Matt seems about an inch taller. Matt does appear to be about 6' 1" in this picture, but he has a slight hunch here...he may be a full 6' 2" if he was standing straight. I think Shaffer is around 6' 1", I've met him. I heard a lot of stories about him being a dick, but he was a super nice guy that night.

matt barlow is about 6'2-6'3 actually,.. i have met him on a few occaisions, and i am 6'1 in shoes, the man had over an inch on me.
And in that pic he looks an easy 6'2... i think he really needs to be upgraded rob, to at least 6'2

And in that pic he certainly looks 6'2, you are standing very straight, and his posture is bad. if he stood straight (like he had to to look up to me, lol) hed be an easy 6'2. One of the few here who needs to be upgraded.
Besides that i think hes one of the best (if not THE best) metal vocalist of all time.... i miss matt, at least he has another band now.
