He just died today I was looking at pictures with him and Jayz and at times they look the same and at times hes slightly taller.This guy is taller then Jay so this listing is right.
Jayz:6'2 or 6'1.75 from the pictures Ive seen and Heavy D stands Erect and Jay is only slightly shorter with weak posture.

Yes I do remember that specific line from that song 'Chunky But Funky', I'm 6 foot 2, a half inch from 3". He's an actor now so I guess he would add another inch, in true hollywood style ha ha ha.

If he claimed both heights, one was probably morning height and one was later in the day. Most people don't know they shrink throughout the day.
