Mark might even have a slight footwear advantage in the shot. I'm not sure how tall he is, but I'm sure he's not 5'10". Looks more a flat 5'9" to me.

This is one guy just by the shape and size of his head, a leading-man type face, that you'd swear is a six foot guy at minimum...next to Chris Meloni on SVU though you can see that Valley's at least 2 inches shorter.

His former co-star (and spouse) Anna Torv, is in the 5'6" 5'7" range, and in the Fringe pilot, she's standing barefooted next to him, and he's about 3½ in. taller than her, so I would say he's about 5'9" no less.

I hung out with Mark in Hwood the other night. I was stunned at his shortness. At the tallest point of the day, he is 5-8. He was also wearing boots with a slight heel, so I think he is closer to 5-7. But he has a HUGE head, and he is ripped.

He is awesome in HUMAN TARGET. I look forward to seeing him in more projects. I don't think he's quite 5'10" tall, though. He has a very compact, but solid body--looks like he's always been muscular. He's a West Point graduate. When Indira Varma stands next to him in heels, she looks to be close to 5'10" tall. I think he's more likely 5'8" or 5'9" in barefeet and probably around 5'10" with a decently-heeled boot or dress shoe.

A close friend of mine trained Krav Maga with MV in Canada this year. He says he is in the range beetwen 173 to 175 cm. No way above 175. He told me he's a nice guy and in very good shape.
