🥀. I should have mentioned that Henry VIII’s second wife was Anne Boleyn. She was considered tall for her day, and I have found around 5ft3 and 5ft for her, but I believe the former.
Anne had long, dark hair and dark bewitching eyes. She was intelligent and ambitious, but fell out of favour with Henry because her sons were stillborn. However, her daughter, Elizabeth I, became Queen from 1558 until 1603, and was the monarch who made Britain great.
Rachel’s hair is darker than usual in Waterloo Road, but in order to play Anne Boleyn, she’d need to be taller than average. She isn’t!

I’ve spotted Rachel in Waterloo Road. She might jazz things up a bit! I didn’t think much of the kids’ history lesson just now; the teacher said that Henry VIII had his second wife executed because he thought she was being unfaithful to him, which is poppycock. He was in on the torture of her half brother etc etc, and was so full of himself that he appointed himself head of the Church of England, which he invented for his own convenience.
My Mum’s history lessons in Germany were far more to the point. Our late Queen Elizabeth didn’t put a foot wrong, so she was entitled to be Head of the Church of England, but not Henry, who was religiously obsessive to a dangerous degree. Cardinal Wolsey, who helped his corrupt ways, was even sentenced to death, but he mercifully died of a heart attack on the way to his execution.

No that was Hollyoaks, which I don’t watch. (Re: my last comment).
Poor Natasha (played by Rachel) was killed off in Coronation Street, alas, leaving her little genius son in the care of his father, Nick, who has proved to be a very capable Dad.
I was amazed and excited to see Rachel had a part in the first series of Happy Valley, alongside fellow former Coronation Street star, Sarah Lancashire. I’ve been watching it this week, and recognised the actress, her image being fresh in my mind. She played the wife of awful Ashley, an evil kidnapper who got shot in the head while in his car.
⭐️ Rachel really made me laugh when she flashed her bra at some men as a sign of protest to her other half, and she had plenty to show them! 🍈🍈 Bully for her👌🏼; her husband regarded her as his property, and was duly annoyed. 😂👍🏼
This superb little lady gets 5ft1.5. 💐
