5¨6 at the most judging by his appearance on Westworld. 5´8 never looks particularly short on screen so he´s definitely not that tall. Even looks small alongside Thandie Newton who played Cruise´s love interest in MI2.

Well, fancy that... after all those years, I am in the midst of giving 'The Devil Inside' another whirl, and this time, I'm not just finding it watchable, I am enjoying it immensely, for it is quite fascinating!
Last time I saw it, I was rather expecting an 'Exorcist' style film and I can remember exactly what was going through my head as I tried to take it in! I was disappointed that there weren't any Christmas decorations, despite the events taking place in December, so to amuse myself, I concentrated on scanning the open pores on the actress's nose. Then there was a bit of light relief for little me, screaming with laughter because there's a baby being baptised called 'John Thomas'! But apart from those highlights, I was expecting a re-hash of 'The Exorcist' and disappointed that this was nothing like it.
In fact, all these years later, I would say that this is equally as effective and teaches one a good deal more about the subject of possession than a mere dramatisation, for this is done docu-drama-style.
Simon's performance is impressive, but this isn't the ideal film in which to judge his height. The actress in it is short, giving Simon and the other clergyman, who's around the same height, the appearance of being quite tall - next to her!
I will agree with the 5ft8. I Googled him earlier, and found his pictures with Rob among the photos in his photo gallery! Rob - I thought you might like to know that!
I shall now continue with this interesting take on the unpleasant subject.
One final thought: blimey, I haven't half grown up since I last saw this, thus proving that maturing is something that never ceases, and one's ability to make sense of differently-presented material progresses as you get older! Getting older isn't all bad! 😎

It's going back some years now that I bought the film 'The Devil Inside'! I paid the sort of stupid price you pay when something first comes out, and when I saw it, it didn't meet with its excellent write-up! Well, that's what I thought, and I haven't seen it since!
If ever I had a reason to see it again, I have one now, as it stars Simon Quarterman and it's the only thing I have of his! So in an attempt to make the initial expensive outlay for this film twice the value, I am now going to invest my next 80 minutes in watching the production once more and see if I rate it more highly than the last time! I can also see how tall Simon looks to my eyes!
I'll be back later!
