He was nowhere near 7’4” with Nash. At that height his head is probably 10-11”. Let’s not forget Nash is near 6’9” right now. Even if Nash was 6’8”, which he is NOT, and Tacko’s head was only 10 inches long, he still looks over 7’5.5”. And if his head is 11 inches, and we take Nash at 6’9”, he is 7’7” in that picture.

Too tall to be a basketball player honestly. Probably weighs 300+, an absolute unit of a man. Guys at this size have a hard time moving with fluidity, which is why 7'2.5"-7'2'.75" Victor Wembenyama is such a polarizing guy.

In 2013 the guy was already 19 years old. Normally people stop growing then, and he already has his tumor removed by then, and so I would expect all growth to have instantly halted after that as well. How can 7'4" in shoes translate to anything over 7'3" barefoot?
If that is the case I cannot see Tacko being anything over 7'5.25"

The guy can easily look 7'7-7'9 range standing alone with extreme skinny frame but saw a picture of him with 7'1 1/4 Kristaps Porzingis looking 3 shorter than Bobroczky knowing Kristaps is much closer to camera but it still doesn't look not much over 4" between them. For a guy like Tacko Fall, it is pretty much a shot in the dark. Unless, you actually put a stadiometer under the dude, which did happen and he clocked in at 7'5.25 barefoot. However, I'm not sure if that is a near morning height or an afternoon height, because that is very critical towards his actual height, he could be as high as 7'6 and some change, and as low as 7'4 and some change.

I don't think people are quite realizing how amazing and surreal it is to see a legit 6'9-6'10 man being absolutely DWARFED in this photo. Nash is not a lanky,thin skeleton. Even at this age, he is a huge man who still works out pretty heavy. To make a man like Nash look like a 15 year old with grey hair is absolutely astonishing. Think how small, the average man would look around Tacko. That Jamie Foxx pic sums it up.

I don't think people are quite realizing how amazing and surreal it is to see a legit 6'9-6'10 man being absolutely DWARFED in this photo. Nash is not a lanky,thin skeleton. Even at this age, he is a huge man who still works out pretty heavy. To make a man like Nash look like a 15 year old with grey hair is absolutely astonishing. Think how small, the average man would look around Tacko. That Jamie Foxx pic sums it up.

I'm having a real hard time believing he's only about 4" taller than ~7'2" Kareem. He looks more like 6" taller. Maybe Kareem has shrunk down closer to 7'? He definitely looks about 10" taller than 6'8"-6'9" Kevin Nash. I'd say 7'6" minimum, but possibly 7'7".

Must be at least 7'6". Even considering angles, posture and closeness to camera, he looked about 4.5" taller than Kareem.

WOw, Kareem is giving up some posture but I have never seen Kareem look as short as he does in that Pic!!! Even if you Straighten Kareem Out, Fall would have him by 4". Kareem may be around 7'0.5 only nowadays, I doubt he was as tall as he was when he was drafted. He is 70 years old, maybe Kareem was around 1 inch taller in his heyday, but either way this guy is gigantic!!

Rob, in that days of the photo with Nash he was listed 7'4.5" and he is shorter than Mamadou D'ndiaye who was listed 7'4 with shoes on July - 2012.

Looks like 9 to 9.5" taller than Nash assuming his head must be 10.5-11" so 7'6 seems fair.Hell,dwarfing a man who himself dwarfs even very tall men.I wonder if this dude will spend his lifetime without meeting anyone taller?btw I doubt there is more than 20 people that tall who are alive
