Space: this message does go out to you if you are still posting and reading. I mentioned hogan was no less than 6,6.5 prime, you replied by saying a while back that hogan would of been 6,6 wearing sneakers. Well i don,t know what hogan you a really looking at and from what time but if we a looking at a hogan late 20,s then he would of been a good 6,8 wearing sneakers and not 6,6. He wasn,t any less than 6,6 bare foot and you will get those guys that will say he was only 6,4 prime and you could be 1 of those guys i don,t know, but the fact that he has lost so much height just underlines what i have been saying. You find it crazy that hogan has lost so much height to a point its unbelievable. Greg finds it impossible to believe but if terry as greg mentioned is now only 6,1.5 then that just really goes to show what i am saying. He is losing height all the time and had lost a fraction duren 1979_1989 which is what i said before. But 62b doesn,t think thats possible. But it certainly is when you are looking at all the bounces on the head, back and curbed spine with 10 solid years of heavy knocks. Remember terry isn,t alone when it comes to losing height with time in the WWF.

James Buster Douglas was 6'3.5". He looks 6'3" in the pic with Rob here on this site Daniel. There is no need to go elsewhere and guess.
I looked up the match where he is the referee and I saw 2" between him and Hogan which brings me back to my listing of 6'5.5" max.
If Douglas didn't lose much then maybe he was only 6'5.25". We can safely say though that Hogan wasn't under 6'5" peak.
Here he is next to Rodman who is 6'6" range, he was around 6'3" and change back then and claimed to be again 6'5".

A human being doesn’t shrink from even taller than Charles Barkley’s height, to Dwayne Johnson’s height in that picture of them. That height difference is basically how much Hogan would have to have shrunk. I don’t think peak Hogan was quite as tall as 6’5.25” barefoot Charles Barkley. Hogan was 6’5” barefoot at the max, and 6’1.75” barefoot today.

@Heisenberg I never gave Martyn Ford more than 6'6", max. If Rico Verhoeven is really only 6'5", then Ford's under 6'6". W/ Baron Corbin (who's max 6'6", maybe even 6'5.75"), the pic looks to have been taken at an angle... Here it is again, only straightened...

Daniel reynolds said on 21/May/19
Don,t forget also james buster douglas had the footwear advantage also. So you could of deducted for him.
Daniel reynolds said on 21/May/19
Another thing i would urge doubters to try is look at terry and james buster douglas side by side in pics and then look up comparing heights. Douglas i have always known was 6,4 since he destroyed iron mike in feb 1990. So try a research with comparing heights. Type in 6,4 1 man and then type in 6,6.5 the other man and you will actually see that what looks like 1.5 inches is infact 2.5 inches and this comparison is 100% accurate and can,t lie. The only difference between this comparing heights and peoples opinions is that people can be off with heights. Or people can give biased opinions on what they really thinks isn,t true and then all sorts of people agree. I have looked it up and you will get 2 man symbols top man and bottom. Just type in your estimated heights and press a button that says compare. So greg your estimation of terry being 6,4.5 late 70,s is way off to me anyway.

Sometimes old video footages are even better to see someones true prime height rather than a pic itself. I recently watches a vid of hogan v randy savage with james buster douglas being the ref in that contest. Probably 1989 or around that time or possibly the time douglas gave iron mike tyson a horrible beating. Douglas cleary towered tyson by half a feet. Looking at douglas with hogan in that wrestlemania contest with randy savage, when douglas was holding terrys hands in the air, douglas height came up to terrys eye brows and douglas had a footwear advantage also if you look at that vid closely. If in doubt take a look at a few pics of them 2 side by side. Terry is clearly taller. There is another pic where terry is standing further back in a pic with douglas more forward to the camera, which means douglas looked taller just because he was more forward and terry was still taller in that pic. If people aren,t convinced then do please have a look at what i am pointing out. The vid and pics i am pointing out may well have people scratching their heads if they do doubt hogans height.

As for Hogan's current height, look at 6'1.5" Eddie Hall (who tells ppl he's 6'3") next to Ford... as compared to Hogan (who tells ppl he's 6'4.5") next to Ford.

I forget who mentioned braun strowman. But terry ultimate best would of been as tall if strowman was his listed height 6,6.5. You couldn,t see a difference from a slight difference of 0.5 inches. Thats pretty much level. Thats nothing. No.??
Daniel reynolds said on 16/May/19
I don,t know want to say. I always believed hogan looked 6,6 and a little plus prime of course and i still stand by it by the pics and vids i have seen. But like i did say, the only fella that could tell you terrys true prime height is terry himself. He knows best. Some wrestlers do lie and now your going to call terry a liar because others lie. But he was around before the rest. Terry actually did say himself he was 6,6.5. I wouldn,t rule that out, but he was never any more than 6,6.5 in my opinion 1976 or not. That would of been it though, unless terry did wear nice soled nike trainers hairing 6,8 morning at brilliant best. I would say yes, but only just. I will stick with 6,6.5 for terry 1979.
Canson said on 14/May/19
@Dan Reynolds: it’s common sense though when it has to do with his claims of 6’5 and 6’7”. One he never looked 6’7” at his peak. Tiny Lister also said that they were the same height and Hogan looked a 6’5-6’6 guy max at his peak. Maybe Hogan edged Lister by a hair but not 2” or even an Inch. Lister was a legit 6’5”. And more importantly it’s less likely a guy who is 6’7 is going to say he’s 6’5 especially a pro wrestler than the opposite. If you took 10 random guys on the street and asked them their height I guarantee you that none of those 10 guys will undercut himself. I’m sure at least 5 of the 10 would add height. You would probably have to repeat that process like 20 times to get close to finding someone who undercuts his height by that much and even then you may find one person out of maybe 200 or even possibly more and that’s if the person is excessively tall. Hogan wasn’t even the tallest in his sport. And anyone who says that it’s highly likely for that to happen (guy claiming 2” less than the opposite) doesn’t know much about height. Rob listing him 6’6” is possible because the interview he had in the 90s was where he claimed 6’5 and he hadn’t lost 2” by that stage. If anything he wouldn’t have ever been a full 6’6 at a low maybe 6’5.5” and over 6’6 out of bed. Not a lot of people know that height varies like that
Canson said on 14/May/19
I agree with Johan that he didn’t wear lifts. They were very large boots which would make him 6’7/6’8 perhaps or maybe 6’7” and a hair. But some people here are saying he was 6’7” all because he claimed it which is nothing to even consider as far as evidence given how many other wrestlers lie about their heights. Was Triple H ever 6’4”? Never. He may have been a sub 6’2” honestly
Johan 185 cm said on 14/May/19
You wouldn't be able to fit lifts in those cowboyboots Hogan wore. The boot was far too narrow and the incline would have been insane. Still those were solid 2 inchers which can make you appear an inch taller than what you actually measure. I still see a good 6'5" guy at his peak but the evidence of him ever being even 6'6" is very slim.
He maybe did an out of bed measurement in his 20's and got 6'6.5 and rounded it up. He has a long spine and so maybe losing an inch max instead of 3/4 like most people of average height.
Daniel reynolds said on 14/May/19
Greg: the pic you posted of roddy piper and mr t face off in the centre of the ring. I do believe that is smokin joe frazier standing behind mr t. Smokin joe frazier was 5,10.5 and he looks shorter than mr t to me. Take a look at that pic you posted and look at smokin joe to mr t. Just so people do actual realise big john studd did infact wear elevators making stand 6,10 in a ring, so he wanted a height advantage over terry. But only had 2 inches on terrance who stood as i believe 6,8 wearing 1.5 inch boots. If you ever look at big john studd against terry in matches you can actual see how studds knees break meaning the elevators in his boots when he is moving around.
Daniel reynolds said on 14/May/19
Melvin jones: this message goes out to you also. Hogan never wore 1.5 inch elevators in his boots. He never wore elevators full stop and i have never seen any evidence of it in all the years i whatched WWF. He would of been 6,9/6,10 if he did because there is no way he was 6,3/6,4 bare foot. So the claim you made of terry possibly being 6,7 with elevators in his boots just doesn,t make any sense. Big john studd stood 6,10 with elevators in a ring with hogan and he had a max 2 inches on him. Hogan wearing1.5 inch boots brings you to his bare foot height.
Daniel reynolds said on 14/May/19
There are alot of people that wouldn,t give hogan 2 metres prime bare foot. People will look at him and say he is lying. But when terry said he was 6,5 in an interview he may well of been piss arseing about by saying that for all we know. Because at the top of this page he said he was 6,7. There are pics where terry looks almost andres height and there of course are pics where he looks shorter than his own height. But for anyone than has met him up close in the 80,s would know the difference between seeing terry on the telly in a ring and standing right next to him. I so wish i could of actually measured terry bare foot 1977. That would put this debate to bed completely.
Daniel reynolds said on 14/May/19
Rob gave roddy piper a prime listing of 6,1 although piper did say he was 6,1.5 prime, but 6,1/1.85m sounds about right.
Daniel reynolds said on 14/May/19
Greg: i will just say this. Hogan never wore internal lifts. There were those others that clearly did. In all the years i watched hogan he wore wrestling boots that is it as all wrestlers did anyway. There was never and elevation in hogans boots. I never saw it and i have watched wrestling since 80,s.
Canson said on 13/May/19
@Dan Reynolds: I don’t mean to say you don’t or do know more than Rob because Rob has been off before but usually it’s within 1/2” or so. In Hogan’s case I would think Rob has him slightly overlisted vs under. Meaning I would believe 6’5.5 at a low or even 6’5.25 before 6’6.5 or 6’7”
Canson said on 13/May/19
@Dan Reynolds: you lost me with many times out of bed and afternoon. Not many people measure themselves that often outside of this site or an athletic measurement that players receive. I know people who get measured in their 20s and don’t ever again unless by chance. As far as out of bed, you’re wrong there. Not many people even know that it varies and I’m not sure that Hogan would know
RONSTER said on 13/May/19
Canson, please post prof in the form of a video where Hogan ever said he was 6’5” in his prime.
Sortis, why do you have to try and belittle anyone who does not agree with your extreme low height guesstimate’s? Someone saying Hogan was 6’8” is no more ridiculous than another saying he was never above 6’4”-5”. The only real debatable height for a prime Hogan is within an inch, do you think he was 6’6” or 6’7” as he has stated numerous times when not in character. If he was trying to inflate his height he would ha e said he was 6’8 or 6’9” just as the announcers like Gorilla stated during numerous matches.
Post your comments, but remember to respect others as well.
Oh, and the Rock is not 6’2”, from everything I see he still is well above 6’3” and was for sure 6’4” at one time IMO. He like Hogan doesn’t seem to worry much about it and doesn’t stand tall most of the time making it easy to drum up pictures making him seem shorter
Daniel reynolds said on 13/May/19
Canson: i am not trying to sound silly. If i didn,t know what i was posting in my comments, then i wouldn,t even bother stating my comments.
Daniel reynolds said on 13/May/19
I can,t see how hogan would of been any less than 6,6 prime.
Daniel reynolds said on 13/May/19
Canson: just remember also. From a distance, people leaning, different postures, different camera angles, bad pics and not to mention guys that are well past their primes. It is very easy to be off by 1_1.5 inches. If we looking at 3 inches however then it is alot easier to tell.
Daniel reynolds said on 13/May/19
Canson: 6,5 range meaning 6,6 and no less. Rob lists hogan 6,6 and i would be going very low if i agreed with you in which i don,t. He pic with chris loyd was a perfect pic. In line with each others height. You will say footwear, but hogan would of been wearing nike trainers 1.5 inches thick. Loyd was wearing 1 inch shoes, so 0.5 inches would really mean nothing. Hogan was looking down meaning he would of lost height by doing so. I know i go on about that pic but it is a perfect pic which you wouldn,t find a better 1. I look at his best pics also. There is more than 1 person that does agree with me on this sight.
Daniel reynolds said on 13/May/19
Canson: i would 100% agree with you on age normally. The only thing is and as you well know. Wrestlers tend to lose height with time. I can only put that down to all the years of bounces on the heads and backs. Stunts where a wrestler can get seriously injured and of course curbed spines. If you look at terry today. Rob gave him a listing 6,3. I would agree with rob. Terry is measured with knees bent 6,3 so he isn,t standing straight where he could be taller than 6,3 still if he could stand straight and terry is 65_66 now. He had 2 discs removed from his spine and has had his spine shortened as a result of it. But i can put height loss down to many years of heavy knocks. There could be 101 reasons why terry lost considerable height between the time i was born march 1977 and now that takes an effect. You would agree that mark isn,t as tall as he was 1991. You may well give mark a morning out of bed listing of 6,8 around early 90,s. Obviously when i say mark i do mean the great mark calloway.
Canson said on 13/May/19
@Dan Reynolds: so if Rock said he’s 6’5 then he must be? Wrong. He’s 6’2” and he
lies about his height. How do you know that Hogan is not because he has before when he makes a cheeky remark. As for Barkley and Jordan they’re around the same height you’re correct. Both 6’4.5-.75 barefoot. Yes barefoot because shoes aren’t part of your body like Johan185 just said. Hogan peak was 6’5 range

Greg: if ever you look at pics with hogan and ed leslie who was 6,2 late 70,s with hogan there looks to be a solid 4.5 inches in hogans favour. So terry couldn,t of been any less that 6,6_6,6.5 late 70,s. By the way, when i said stallone was 1.77m_5,10 that was infact his prime height not 5,8 lundren 6,5 prime. I have only known this since 1986 greg. I was 9 in 1986 and rocky 4 came out on VHS autumn 1986 around november_december 1986 and i had a booklet of rocky 4 back in 1986 and it had stallone and lundrens height stated respectfully. 5,10 stallone and 6,5 lundren.
Daniel reynolds said on 13/May/19
Greg and canson: terry would of measured himself many times in his prime out of bed and afternoon. His billed height of 6,8 would of been out in public wearing trainers and i am sure he would of been measured wearing trainers. If you deduct the 1.5 trainers he was wearing it would bring his height to 6,6.5 which is what i have been saying. If you look at big john studd, he had a billed height of 6,10 in a ring. That was due to the fact that inside his boots he would of worn elevators to gain height over terry. But when you look at them there was no more than 2 inches max, in a ring that is. Andre the giant had a billed height of 7,4. But 7,0 was his height plus his frizz, meaning his frizzy hair. Everything makes sense. I agree with editor rob on his stats 100%. Terry never wore elevators in all the years i watched him. He didn,t need to, he was big enough anyway and greg you pointed out the 1.25 inch boots he wore in rocky 3. He would never of worn anything more than 1.5 inches unless he was walking on stilts.
Daniel reynolds said on 12/May/19
Greg and canson: yes probably i did get barkelets height wrong. I was looking at barkeley clise up with michael jordan on a vasketball court. Some pics they look the same height. If either of you guys can post pics of barkeley and MJ on a court close up i would be interesting to see.👍👍

Canson: if you read what hogan said at the top of this page where his height is listed he stated he was ft6,7 bare foot. He was asked in 2005 and he responded by saying he was ft6,7 and he said the exact same thing in 2011 as it is stated above. ft6,7 bare foot. Obviously you have read what terry said above yes. So with him saying that, who knows his height better than him. I will tell you nobody. Nobody on this planet knows my height better than me.
Johan 185 cm said on 12/May/19
Your real height is barefoot...I am 100% sure that Hogan was indeed over 6'6" in thick nike's, there is no question about that at his peak. Also 6'7" in his 2 inch cowboyboots I wouldn't argue either but I fail to see why people inc footwear in relation to their height. Its like when women give a heel height its stupidity.
Canson said on 12/May/19
@Dan Reynolds: you have one person here that agrees with you. But it isn’t about that. I’ve been outnumbered on several pages but looking at solid proof and hearing Hogan himself say he’s 6’5 when he was in his prime along with the fact that other guys such as tiny lister said they were the same height. So you dont “know what you’re talking about” if that’s the case
Canson said on 12/May/19
@Dan Reynolds: age has nothing to do with being able to accurately determine height. I’m 37 myself and older than a lot of people here but I still don’t believe that I know more than them. Christian for example is about 10 years younger but I don’t go around saying because I’m older that I know more. Christian actually provides better estimates than me very often as he’s mentioned something and I look closely and realize that I’m wrong. He isn’t the only one either that does that and is younger than me so I don’t know everything. You really should not have even mentioned that because you just sound silly now. It has nothing to do with you having watched them for a long time if you just aren’t good at determining heights which going off of your estimates you clearly are not
Daniel reynolds said on 12/May/19
But i wouldn,t doubt ronsters claims. He met terry in his prime and later on in life. Rob gave andre the giant a prime listing of ft7,0. When we look on andres sight ft7,0 is listed and i have to agree 100% with rob on that because i gave andre ft7,0 also. So rob being the editor would be 100% right. But there are those guys that will say andre was ft6,10 prime. That i have to disagree with. Rob gave kevin nash a height of ft6,9.5 prime. Again i have to agree with rob 100% on listing that also. My point simply being is this. Looking at terrys face off with kevin 1999 on RAW there was the same height difference with andre the giant and terry 1980 wrestlemania as there was with kevin and terry in 1999. Which actually proves terry did in fact lose height between 1980 and 2000. If kevin was ft6,9.5 1999 then terry wouldn,t of been any less than ft6,5_ft6,5.5 1999. So my claim of terry standing ft6,6.5 1980 would be a very good listing. Canson i know i don,t know my stats more the editor rob. I respect that. But this sight allows everyone to post their thoughts on celeb heights. So it,s giving their estimations and i am simply giving mine.
Canson said on 11/May/19
@Dan Reynolds: nope I have not met Hogan. But I know someone who has and he said the same thing that 62B said. He was around 6’5” in his prime or whenever he met him. I doubt he had lost 2” by the time he met him because it was early career. So maybe he was a stronger 6’5 or weak 6’6”. Hogan also admitted during an interview that he was only 6’5” once. As far as not being able to tell 6’5 and 6’7 apart, I doubt that the person I know would have that problem since he himself is about 6’2” himself and has played basketball so he knows what a 6’7 and 6’5 guy look like. Also 62B was a peak 6’3” guy who had a 6’4 grandfather who he said was an inch shorter than him. But for you to say what you did, I completely understand what you meant about not being able to tell differences. However, the same goes for you on that token. You may not be able to tell the difference apart nor did you look at his shoes perhaps. I’m not insulting you saying that either. I’m just using the same logic you did with me and you said below why would a 6’5 guy want to be 6’7? Hogan still claims 6’5 and he’s 6’3 today. Undertaker claimed he used to be 6’10”. The majority of wrestlers lie about their height or WWE lies on their behalf to portray the larger than life image. Remember that Triple H was listed 6’4”. He was maximum 6’2” at his peak maybe 6’15-6’2”. He’s 6’1 range according to Ali Baba another poster here. Wrestling is entertainment

If i wanted to inflate terrys real prime height then i would of said he was ft6,10. Thats being false. Terry was a big fella in his prime that can,t be disputed. I know there have been a good few people bigger over the years in the WWF. But few in the 80,s. But honestly i have seen enough pics of terry in his prime to know exactly what i mean and don,t worry you haven,t hurt my feelings at all. I,m 42 not 2 and i have an answer for everything. I know there is alot of you guys that disagree with me and to be perfectly honest, i really enjoy reading everyones thoughts on terrys prime height. But not everyone thinks terry stood ft6,5 prime. I believe he was no less than ft6,6.5 now and he was most definately more than ft6,6 wearing thick soled nike trainers. Rob gave terry a listing of ft6,6 prime and thats perfectly fine. I personally say now terry stood ft6,6.5 prime. Thats my opinion and i don,t see anything wrong with that. But nobody would know terrys real prime height better than terry himself and that can,t be disputed.

Greg; there would of been 2_3 inches between big van vador and sting in vadors favour n their face off in a ring around 1992. There would of been 2_2.5 inches between terry and big van vador in terrys favour in 1994. Now if vador was wearing elevators in his boots to gain a height on himself then thats probably why he looked so big. But canson i would really love to ask you. You and greg seem so sure on your height stats. Now i don,t know if you guys are stats fellas or just fans. But canson, you seem so sure terry wasn,t ft6,7 late 70,s early 80,s and mark calloway wasn,t ft6,9 in his prime. Did you ever met terry 70,s_80,s yourself. Because if you didn,t then you couldn,t very well say he wasn,t ft6,7 prime. Ok you can look at pics and footages, thats 1 thing. But meeting someone in their prime and pherhaps even witnessing them being measured in their prime is another ball game. Do you get my drift canson. Some people can look at a ft6,7 guy a say he,s ft6,5 range or ft6,5.5. But thats not the way to measure someone. Thats why i wouldn,t doubt what i am saying to you guys. If i thought what i was really saying was a colosal waste of time then i wouldn,t even bother posting my thoughts on this. 1 thing i wouldn,t do either is just call someone a liar without absolute proof.

@ Canson,
Barkley’s 6’5” listing I had scene year’s ago on-line from a re-post of 1984 pre draft article describing Chuck’s stature as a shorter, but thicker & explosive player for his position. Mentioning that he was measured at only 6’5” without shoes. But, yes...you are absolutely right. It’s very likely & probably the they rounded up a 6’4-7/8” measurement. I too have never seen the NBA ever list a 1/8 measuremt like the NFL does. They always round up to the next 1/4” listing. The article was actively comparing Larry Johnson, Charles Barkley & Ben Wallace. All being successful while being shorter than most men in the league at their positions. Wallace at the time was playing center for the Pistons.
The article listed all men’s height without shoes as...
Barkley: 6’5”
Larry Johnson: 6’5-1/2”
Ben Wallace: 6’7-1/2”
It was noting Charles as probably the best short forward ever. And briefly touched based on Larry Johnson having listings @ 6’7” & 6’8”...but, actually only being 6’5-1/2” without shoes & etc.

@RoelC: he’s doing the same thing to you that he did to me. Putting words in your mouth because you don’t agree with him. Meaning embellishing your statements you say back to him when you disagree with or correct him. I used to respect him but it’s hard to when he’s putting words in everyone’s mouth and is just a notoripis upgrader who admitted that he’s a fan of Hogan previously. It’s just funny that everyone jumps down Sotiris’s back here but maybe only one other person has said anything to Dan Reynolds about being an upgrader when it’s clear

Sotiris gravas: you said the great khali is now ft6,10. But just so you do realise he was in fact ft7,1 prime and i certainly wouldn,t doubt ronster on saying hogans height prime. You keep looking at hogan in his 40,s 1995_2000. Hogan was taller in late 70,s and to say ronsters claims are nonsence is a real front. It is possible to of lost height between his prime and say 2000. His height was noticeably taller in the 80,s. You tell me and ronster how it is then that wrestlers do lose height with time. If ronster met hogan in 80,s and noticed a difference in hogans height between then and 2000,s then why would he lie. I notice it myself.

@Johan185: I agree with you. Absolute highest peak is Rob’s listing but really I’d cap him out (at a normal low in the afternoon) 6’5.5 with a good possibility at 6’5-6’5.5 range as well. Today I still think he’s 6’3” if he stands straight. Perhaps even a hair over like 6’3-6’3.25 zone. I think his height loss is a bit exaggerated. He’s probably only lost about 2-2.5” and it looks more because of footwear that he used to wear
Canson said on 9/May/19
@Sotiris: most people don’t lose that much height to go from 6’6-6’7 to 6’4 in 10 years. While I do not agree with Ronster on the 6’6-6’7 (although I respect his opinion), I would say that 6’5-6’6 range is feasible for Hulk Hogan in his prime and in boots 6’7-6’8”. He is only about 6’3” today so Ronster is right in that he’s lost considerable height. A few others who’ve met him here have said he’s 6’3-6’3.5 today. Looking at him with others he doesn’t look as tall as me and I’m 6’4”. Key factor is that all pro wrestlers are inflated so if Hulk were that height he likely would’ve been listed taller. Undertaker was a 6’7” guy in his peak perhaps even a stronger one and he got 6’10” listings. Taker always had 1.5-2” on Hulk Hogan and that is well chronicled with the pictures we’ve seen. Rob isn’t far off on Hulk Hogan as he was likely 6’5 range (maybe 6’5.5 at a stretch) and probably 6’6 out of bed.

Sting was ft6,2 early 90,s. Well take a look at sting against big van vader face off in a ring 1992 or there abouts. Big van vader a 2_2.5 inches taller than sting and big van vador with physcho sid taking a stroll on a beach. Not a 4 inch difference in height there. Big van vador wasn,t ft6,5, but i can tell you he was in fact ft6,4 and as for his pic with snoop dogg. He was bending down noticebly. People that faced terry in a ring wore elevators to look much taller. Terry didn,t need to wear elevators, he was big enough as he was.

@RP: The only measurements I see are 6’4 5/8 and 7/8 and 6’4 1/2 for Barkley and the 6’4 7/8 if anything is the one I can’t confirm. 1/2 is likely rounded down from 5/8” but he could perhaps measure it if he measured 5/8 since that’s just 1/8” difference and likely could be a normal low. I never saw a reference to that until now when rob posted. The 6’4 5/8 has been reported repeatedly as his Olympic measurement and with what other players say relative to his own height they often call him 6’4”. To be honest I could believe 6’4 7/8 as something he would measure but the NBA does not use 1/8” they only use 1/4”s and 1/2”s etc. Barkley actually claimed to be “about 6’4 3/4” which adds up to his 6’4 5/8 measurement he got later as the other could’ve been earlier in the day. I don’t rule out especially with what Majerle etc have said about him that he’s 6’4 1/2 at a low in his peak.

By the way gents, i managed to find out donald trumps prime height. Ok he,s now ft6,2, 71 years of age don,t forget. But donald trump age 40 in 1988 was in fact ft6,3. He was measured at 75 inches and that would be a bare foot height. If you look on your phones or laptops what 75 inches in feet equals it will give you ft6,3. Going back to hogan, donald trump and andre the giant, there is a great pic of all 3 in a side on pic which would of been about terrys height where you could see a huge difference in height between terry and donald trump. This pic was 1988 and you will look at terrys footware. But his footware would of been 1.5 inches, give or take. So you could take off 0.5 for him, which would really mean nothing when you look at this pic i am talking about because trump would of been wearing 1 inch shoes himself. It,s a different pic to the 1 solitas gravas posted. Not the same 1 solitas gravas posted, but a side on photo of them with the photo being about hogans height. There are a number of pics of them. But there is also 1 of trump and hogan facing the camera that year. But a huge difference in height. I will try and post.

@Dan Reynolds: nobody here is taking an inch off anyone’s true heights. But it does seem to me like you’re adding an inch. So we can go there if you would like. And Well I can’t say everyone doesn’t drop by an inch but the listed heights in sports are just that, listed. They are in shoes. Shoes aren’t part of your body neither are boots or other gear. And where did I say anything about you not being intelligent? I never once said that below so you are putting words in my mouth. But making comments like you do you surely will have a hard time convincing me that you are especially when you chastise a guy like Sotiris for his estimates and claim that you know what you’re talking about. You have now inflated five guys Barkley, The Rock, Taker, and Bill Anderson and Hogan just to make Hogan the height that you want him to be listed. You do realize that Rob lists him at 6’6 right? That means it’s highly unlikely he’s more than that.

Daniel, Muhammad Ali was 6'2.5" like he put on his passport. The 6'3" was just rounding and he wasn't that tall next to 6'3.5" Eastwood.
Charles Barkley is around 6'5" max, he is easily 7 inches shorter than Shaq. There is also a measurement of 6'4 7/8ths to back that up from the olympics.
Hogan was max 3.5 inches taller than Inoki who looked max 6'2.5" but could even have been 6'2". Hogan was this peak listing max but more likely a strong 6'5".

@ Daniel Reynolds ... Barkey’s NBA listed height of 6’6” is with his sneakers on. Charles has documented official barefoot height measurements from his playing days of the following 6’4-3/4”, 6’4-7/8” & 6’5”... obviously they fluctuate slightly due to what time of the day they were taken. It is also rumored that his official barefoot height measurement on his 1992 Olympic team was 6’4-5/8”. However, that cannot be officially confirmed . The 6’4.75” , 6’4.875” & 6’’5.00” measurements are confirmed.

Hey Canson, yes I have met Hogan when he was in his early 30’s and again at 61 years old. He was easily 6’8-9” in his boots back then making him between 6’6-7” barefoot which makes sense. He was still over 6’4” when I met him last and took that picture with him, he was leaning in and had his knees bent quite a bit making him seem shorter. I have a son who is barely under 6’2” and Hogan stood 2” taller with me than my son would no word of a lie. Then he could still hit almost 6’5” if he stood straight after his major back surgery. Hogan lost 3 inches of height due to having bone shaved and removed from his knees, hips and his back was bent like a J at the bottom as there was a picture of it pre-surgery to prove it. I respect people’s opinions on here, but trust me unless you actually meet him up close you will never understand just how massive and tall he still is, let alone how big and tall he was in the 80’s.

But i have seen enough of terry in his prime early 80,s ect and the clip i spoke about with him and the outlaw in 1976. Now you do agree terry in 1976 would of been taller than in 2000. But since i first watched muhammad ali,s fights when i was a kid. The tale of the tape in a ring had always given him ft6,3. I am a massive boxing fan and muhammad ali may well of been ft6,2 in his 60,s. You can,t seriously tell me muhammad ali had a billed height of ft6,3 because that really would be taking the cake. @Dan Reynolds: that’s because WWE/F etc inflate everyone’s heights to portray them as larger than life. Triple H was listed 6’4” for Pete’s sake and he’s probably at his peak maybe 6’2 likely 6’1” range. And of course Andre was listed 7’4” when it’s very possible in his prime that he was 6’11”. That fits with guys like Taker and Hogan being listed 6’8” and 6’10 as there really was no more than 2” between them perhaps even 1.5” in their primes. But they were both 6’5-6’6 range and 6’7” range respectively. Today however I would say there is more of a height difference as Hogan appears to have lost more height than Taker. That difference today is probably 3” max 2+ inches minimum

Terry wouldn,t of stood ft6,8 in 1976 bare foot no. But ft6,6.5 is what he really was bare foot in 1976 no less guys. If terry did really stand ft6,8 in 1976 it really would of been wearing a decent pair of nike trainers out in public. That is what i am keeping for terry in 1976 ft6,6.5 bare foot. I know there is going to be a lot of you guys argueing my point. But ft6,6.5 1976 to me is what terry really was bare foot. That i am afraid cannot be changed. Sorry guys.

Can anyone please tell me this. Where did terrys height of his prime of given him ft6,8. I really don,t know the answer to that. Terry was always listed ft6,8. I can,t see that bare foot. But i could see ft6,6.5 prime. I mean i wish terry was ft7,0 in his prime because i was a great fan of him. But looking at him 1979 i would really like to think he was in fact ft6,8. But i will give terry ft6,6.5. He was listed at all kinds of heights. That is really weird. If terry was ft6,6.5 bare foot 1976 which i personally believe he really was strongly where does ft6,8 ever of come listed for him. I find it strange. I think yes indeed wearing thick soled nike trainers walking down the street terry would of walked ft6,8 in 1976. I won,t go under ft6,6.5 for terry in 1976 bare foot. I don,t care what anyone says about that.

If you guys look at hogan the time i am talking 1979 then you will see for yourself. Johan 185 cm. You are comparing terry in 1999 against a young kevin nash. Terry 1979 would of been closer to kevins height than he was in 1999 for sure. Kevin would of been taller yes without doubt, but not by that much. Vegas, terry would of been taller in 1979 than 2000 for sure. There is no 2 ways about that i know. I have noticed that difference. So if i have then surely you can to.

@Dan Reynolds: absolutely. Ronster mentioned that he met him at his peak and recently and it was a big difference. I saw the pic he posted of Hulk in the more recent one but he didn’t look as tall as Ronster said in the pic and another poster Alan32080 said that he saw him recently and that he’s 6’3”ish (at a low) today. I just don’t believe that he was ever 6’7 in his bare feet. But saying he was 6’5-6’6 peak barefoot and being only 6’3” today is still a pretty significant difference especially when you account for his boots which he used to wear that made him seem much taller. I know being a hair over 6’4 and me having a friend who is 6’6 and one who is 6’7” a peak Hogan doesn’t look as tall as either imho but surely not as tall as the 6’7” one. I would really put a peak Hogan similar to my 6’5 range friend (6’5.25 at a low 6’6 out of bed)

@Space: Barkley is taller than Hogan today for sure. Hogan is 6’3” max. But peak heights I have Hogan taller than Barkley by a smidge. I would go with 1.5-2cm difference 194-195 for Barkley and somewhere in the 196 range for Hogan

Take a good look at rocky 3 again for anyone that doubts terrys true height. Forget the platform. Take an excelent look at terry standing in his corner. For anyone that thinks ft6,4 well they can scratch their heads all day long because ft6,4 is someone else. It is probably me standing ft6,4. I would truly say, get a grip any doubters.

With mr t coming in between the heights of stallone ft5,10 and carl weathers ft6,2 in the pic i am on about, then surely mr t couldn,t of been a ft5,10 fella. No way. At best ft5,11.5. If anyone knows the pic i am on about where you have the full rocky 3 crew facing the camera with a nice smile apart from terry himself who wasn,t in the pic. Then i ask anyone please, kindly post the pic if you guys know the pic i am on about. Pls.👍👍
Daniel reynolds said on 4/May/19
The thing is this. Mr t was 2 inches taller than stallone who was in fact by my researches 1.77m ft5,10 prime, not ft5,8 as some might say or ft5,9 and even if he was ft5,9 then mr t would of been ft5,11. Mr t for the record 1982 was in fact ft5,11.5 not ft5,10. I know that. Mr t wasn,t ft510. He really was ft5,11.5. If you take a look at the rocky 3 film crew that doesn,t have terry in that pic for what ever reason, mr t comes in between the heights of stallone and carl weathers who was ft6,2. So if mr t comes in between the height of these guys half way then mr t surely had to be a good ft5,11 not ft5,10. I say ft5,11.5. You can argue that. But this is where people get the height with inches and celebs wrong. Mr t in 1982 was a good ft5,11_ ft5,11.5 guys not ft5,10. He was ft5,10. I can assure you.

A standed sitting room or bedroom door would be exactly ft6,6. Terry in his 20,s would of tipped that height bare foot no problem, indeed he would of done. I am ft5,10 and i have analised it myself. Terry wouldn,t of been any less than ft6,6 bare foot when i was born in march 1977. Looking at enough pics and videos. Terry with trainers would of ducked slightly under a sitting room door. No question at all. I,m sorry.

I am a great dan of dwayne johnson, stone cold steve austin, triple H, andre the giant. Stone cold steve austin is regarded as WWF best. Canson: i can ask you, if you looked at a pic of terry in late 70,s early 80,s compared to 2000 or better still now can you see a big difference with terry. It,s really not hard to see at all.
Daniel reynolds said on 4/May/19
Space: i have watched WWF wrestling for many years. I have watched it see since 1984. I was 7 back 1984. Terry in 1976_1979 or there abouts would of been a good ft6,6 and i am simply ssying ft6,6.5. You can make comparisons with terry like everyone else. But you could be out by 1 inch. Terry wouldn,t of been any less than ft6,6.5 in my opinion. I have looked at enough pics and videos of terry in late 1970,s early 1980,s and in 2000 he wouldn,t of held a candle to his size of 1976 for example. I notice that difference. Yes as i have said i was i big fan of terry and i think terry personally is the greatest WWF wrestler ever. He took alot of punishment since the late 1970,s. But look at him now. What is terry now ft6,3. When you compare everything that terry has been through he has done very well for himself. But terry can,t even stand straight up today and that,s 1 of my points. Can you see my point space, canson. Terry was involved in WWF wrestling longer than anyone else.

@Daniel reynolds
That wouldn't make any sense though. Rob has met Kevin Nash and had him at 6'9" but he has 4 inches on Joe Mangianello ( sp)Who got downgraded to 6'4.75". Kevin has said many times that when he got into wrestling he expected a guy near his size ( hulk was billed at 6'8") and instead he was looking at the top of his head.
He always looked a steady 4inches on Hogan as he does nowadays with Joe but I do think he was 6'9.5" peak. He was a good 2 inches taller than Sid with bigger footwear and Sid was a weak 6'7". Sid also had 1.5 in on Hogan alot, the difference was noticeable and he was also billed 2" higher.
Undertaker was also around 2" taller than Hogan and he was nomore than 6'7.5" at most peak.
Canson said on 4/May/19
Here is Barkley with a listed 6’4.75 Lennox Lewis. If Hogan were really over 6’5 then Barkley clearly was not as tall as he was. Barkley hasn’t lost height like Hogan has as he and Lewis were similar in previous pics years ago as well.

@RP: agree with everything you said but of course there’s going to be excuses here that flair was still the same height as people always inflate Barkley on this site
Canson said on 4/May/19
@Heisenberg89: I think 194 in the morning is too low for Barkley. In his peak I could see him waking up 196 range and being 194-195 at a low. 194 would mean that he’s 192 range which looks way too low for him. Even today he doesn’t appear to have lost a lot of height. Maybe he’s 193-194 minimum but his peak the 6’4 5/8 he measured in 1992 is very much believable over 6’4 flat,
Canson said on 4/May/19
@Vegas: I’m not seeing what you are I guess. And you hold on to Dwayne Wade measuring 6’3.75 so youre not challenging his measurement so why do you challenge Barkley measuring 6’4 5/8? That seems to me like you’re the one picking and choosing which measurements you want to believe just as you accused me of on the Rock’s page. Barkley measured that at the Olympics in 1992 so he is not taller than that. The only debate is whether or not that is actually a low for him. As for Danimal while I respect his opinion and yours, He also believes that Hogan was a full 6’6” at his peak. That would mean Barkley was over 6’6” when he clearly wasn’t. In addition, he believes Conan’s claims of being 6’4 1/2 in his prime “because he says he was”. It’s clearly obvious that 6’4” range guys edge Conan out.
Daniel reynolds said on 4/May/19
I am going to stick with ft6,6.5 in his hay day. I personally don,t think terry stood any less and i am not talking 90,s. I am talking in the days terry first came in to wrestling. Like i said i wouldn,t over see terrys true prime height, but at the same time i wouldn,t under vue his height either. I think ft6,6.5 is a great height to be. I wish i was taller than ft5,10.i stopped growing at 14. It,s mad.
Daniel reynolds said on 4/May/19
I wish terry stood ft7,0 bare foot in his prime, because the way he has shrunk since his prime is terrible. But perhaps if terry did stand ft7,0 in his hay day it probably wouldn,t of suited him.

in that picture of Barkley and The rock the height difference is very significant. So there was even more of a height difference between 1980’s Hogan and The Rock compared to Barkley and The Rock? That’s incredible considering Hogan is now The Rock height today,

Yeah Barkley is more like 194 in the morning at his best.
Still close to Hogan that btw was never taller then 196 in my opinion.

@Space: Barkley was not as tall as 6’5 at his peak. If Hulk were really shorter than Barkley 6’4 5/8 it would mean Hulk was significantly shorter than he actually was. You see that Rob has both guys listed 6’6 and 6’4 7/8 respectively

Canson, Hogan is 29 in the video I posted, highly unlikely he was taller in the 70s. I have not seen any evidence Hogan was taller than Barkley unless you care to share it? You steadfastly sticking with 6'4 range Barkley means you can't have peak Hogan taller than max 6'4..just the way it is I'm afraid. Danimal is biggest Hogan fan on this site and he will admit Barkley was not shorter than peak Hogan.
As for Barkley it's pretty obvious from that clip he is taller than 6'4 range given how much height he has on Gene/Flair, just length of his legs alone. Guys just short of 6'5 like Big Ben or Joe Manganiello haven't looked that tall inside a wrestling ring. Compare Manganiello on Raw with Miz and Barkley with Flair who in 1990s was around modern day Miz height

Another famous athlete I met was the late Reggie White. I met him in 1997, so it was 17 years between seeing Hogan. I think Reggie and Hulk would have been pretty close to the same height. Reggie was always listed at 6'5" and 290-300lbs. I do believe Reggie Had about 2" on me, so 6'5" sounds right. I remember Hulk as being overall bigger muscle wise, so its possible that he was over 300lbs in the late 70's early 80's.

Ft6,6.5 is my final estimation for hogan late 1970,s. He has had all sorts of heights over the years. Lets just say he was ft6,6.5 in his 20,s, his billed height of ft6,8 would of come from him wearing thick soled nike trainers of 1.5 inches. So out in public he would of been ft6,8 how ever people chose to see it. i say 1976 just as a perfect example of his true prime height. In 1979 he would of been the same height as he was in 1976 for sure i believe. But 1995_2000 he wouldn,t of been. I know that for a full fact. So people that doubt my quotes will always say hogan ft6,4.5_ft6,5 2000. Fair enough. But i am always looking at his younger years not his worn, wear and tare years. I am not overating terry 20,s height because i was a big fan, but because i see it myself. But i wouldn,t down grade his 20,s height either and for anyone that thinks i am just being 100% fantasist or fake for the sake of it, well no i am being 100% accurate and true. Ft6,6.5 1970,s hogan bare foot morning i think is a accurate as i am going to say. Ft6,8 wearing thick soled trainers out in public sounds 100% genuine to me indeed.

@Sotiris: to be honest, I’m even not sure if Shaq ever was over 7’0” or even. I say what I am because with Celebheights we define their height as an afternoon height so by that logic 6’11.75 isn’t impossible for him. He was clearly 2” shorter than Kareem even when Kareem was in his 40s and beyond. Kareem was retired 3 years before Shaq was drafted. Sure he was very close to the mark but there’s a real chance he dipped to a weak 7’0”. Kareem is a good measuring stick in his prime because he was measured and claimed his proper measurement whereas others were overlisted. Examples Hakeem Shaq Ewing Mourning. Hakeem was 6’9” range Ewing at most 6’10” Mourning 6’8” range as he admitted. Shaq also admitted 6’11” although he isn’t a flat 6’11”. He’s closer to 7’0”

Some food for thought, Rob has done his research here so if he doesn’t believe he was ever over 6’6” like he lists him then he wasn’t. If anything Rob is going to overlist someone before he underlists then so it’s far more likely that Hulk was only 6’5.5 or even a strong 6’5 at a low than being 6’7” or 6’6.5. @Dan Reynolds: to answer the question I do believe he was taller in 1976 than 1995. And 6’6.5 out of bed is not a terrible estimate at all. But unfortunately the Celebheights site is based on afternoon heights. Now I don’t rule out 6’6.5 out of bed and 6’5.5 at a low in his absolute prime. In fact my estimate isn’t far off that. I think 6’6 maybe 6’6.25 out of bed and 6’5.25 at a low which would be the height that we would use for his listing. The lowest I would go is 6’5.75 out of bed and 6’5 at a low. I don’t go for the 6’4.5 as a height he measured in 1976. He was at least 6’5” back then but by 1995 he looked 6’4 range. And by the way, Rob bases heights on afternoon measurements unless there is an athlete that received a certain measurement he will list them as such. Hogan does not have an official measurement. Only the nostalgic 6’7” claim that he made of his mother measuring him which may have been in shoes or may not have occurred at all. At least if he really were near 6’7” out of bed and near 6’6 at a low then I could almost see it being fit since Rob lists him at 6’6” on this site. But I would never go above 6’6” at a low for him as the evidence actually points to him being less than that at times. Today, however, I doubt he is much less or more than 6’3”

Hulk Hogan didn't even started wrestling yet in 1976! His first match was in 1977 and he didn't started using the Terry Boulder name until late 1978. That match is from May 26, 1979 to be precise. It was the day after his NWA Heavyweight Championship title match against Harley Race.

I will ask anyone to post the pics i am talking about with hogan big bill anderson and the pic with terry and chris loyd ft6,1 i will do so myself but ronster if you are reading this. You would see for sure how terry towered chris loyd ft6,1 by 7_8 inches. I will ask you please what do you see wrong with the pic i am pointing out to these guys. Walking along side by side. Now ronster terry looked ft6,9 in that pic so can you dispute ft6,6.5 terry 1976, because i seriously can,t i hope you can agree with that. I mean seeing is believing. People can post what ever pics that suits them. But i can tell you guys if you did look at terry hulk hogan 1976 and i use 1976 as my best example possible for terry at his very very best. Then show me a bad pic with terry at his ultimate best and i am pointing out 1976 fellas.??? 1976.

Roelc. I have watched enough WWF wrestling since 1984 and sadly to say you are not going to change my mind now. No. I have looked at enough pics and videos over the years to know that terry was a good ft6,6.5 1976. Other wrestlers way well of worn elevators in their boots to look bigger and i am sure they have. The pic i am pointing out is seeing believing. If hogan was wearing trainers then loyd may well of been wearing good healed shoes also. But you are looking at a good 7_8 inches in height. A ft6,4 man would not look that tall against a ft6,1 man. No way. They are side by side and this is what im talking about prime terry, prime pic. That pic is in your face. I doesn,t matter what you say i have watched terry long enough since 1984 and i do agree ft6,9 no way at all. Ft6,6.5 1976 terry yes indeed. I am not loopy lol. I know my WWF wrestling dince 1984. Im 42 now not 22.
Daniel reynolds said on 22/Apr/19
Roelc. I thankyou for you oppisite response. But for 1 you never met terry in the 1970,s and neither did you measure him either. So my point is plaining saying if you don,t know for sure because you are just a fan like me and i don,t know how old you are but im 42 and have been watching WWF wrestling since 7 1984. I know full well what i am talking about lol. The pic i am talking about with terry and chistopher loyd is as accurate as you can get. Loyd was in fact ft6,1 from my researches and terry looked ft6,9 in the pic. Now if he looked ft6,9 then can you really argue with ft6,6.5.??? No. I have looked at your pic and the pic i am talking about is simple seeing believing. You might think oh. Footwear. Terry was looking down on that pic which means he would of lost 2 inches by doing that alone. Loyd comes up to his chin. Now i ask this. Does that look like a man ftft6,4 late 70,s before all the knocks and surgeries. I have done my research many years ago. Im not 12. Take a look at terry shaking hands with big bill anderson who was ft6,4 actual both wearing same footwear terry is a goog 3_4 taller. Both standing on level ground and then tell me i am rambling on about rubbish.!!!! Terry was a good ft6,6.5 simple. 1976 i am looking not 1995_2000.
Daniel reynolds said on 22/Apr/19
I will ask solitras gravas and canson. Do you guys think terry was slightly taller in 1976 than 1995. Maybe 1 inch 0.5 inches. I believe terry in 1976 in the morning may well of be ft6,6.5 in 1976. I don,t know if you agree guys. I am comparing terry 1976 morning height to 1995 terry morning height fellas.??
Daniel reynolds said on 22/Apr/19
Terry 1976 was ft6,6.5. Im not talking 1995_2000. If you look at terry 1976 when he was very new to wrestling. Compare terrys height over his men in 1976. On youtube you will see terry against a fella called the outlaw. Maybe just an eliminator in 1976. Watch that footage on youtube. Post it if you really want for everyone to see. Terry was 23 and new to wrestling then and look at the way he towered his man in 1976. Take a look at that footage guys i urge you.👍👍👍

Coming off of hulk hogan for a moment. Steve cram, sebastian coe, said ouita, ronnie o sullivan, jimmy white, steve interesting davis and alex hurrican higgins are more of my favourites along with mo farah are also michael phelps. I have loads of heroes. Usain bolt, the only race he ever lost was against justin gatlin 2017 world championships. Usain was disqualified in the 2011 world champs 100m for 1 fault start. Now back in the 1980,s 1990,s it was 3 fault starts per 1 person and then disqualified. Absolute non sense how usain wasn,t allowed another try. He would of won that 100m, i know that and the whole world knows that. Daley thompson was undefeated between 1978_1987 in decathlon. What a warrior. From 1987 though daley started to go down with unjures, groin, etc and came 5th in 1988 olympics because of it and i will never forget when he did a pole vault jump and the bar snapping in half as daley was in the air. I don,t know if you guys would remember that moment at all. I was so sad. He did terrible in 1987 worlds also because if sustained injuries.

I have watched all of his fights and i liked marvellous marvin hagler also. But terry hulk hogan in WWF wrestling to me was the greatest ever. You can correct me if you think he wasn,t. To me he was the greatest WWF wrestler of all time. Terry is the greatest, he follows like the greatest muhammad ali in boxing and i was a massive fan of muhammad ali oh yes. Muhammad was world heavyweight champion when i was born in 1977. God bless that heroe. I was a massive fan of bruce lee also along with elvis presley, sugar ray robinson, michael jordan, daley thompson, usain bolt, michael jackson. My list of favourite superstars goes on and on. I do respect you guys with your opinions. I was a massive fan of daley thompson. But ronster kindly can see my point and thanks once again ronster.

In honor of the Easter Bunny and the world of make-believe where Hogan was billed as high as 6'8", I thought I should mention the movie "Harvey." RONSTER said on 21/Apr/19
RP, where do you get off saying anyone should be
Banned? Big Bill Anderson the strongman not the singer was every bit 6’4” and that was a barefoot height. Hogan did have him by 3 inches minimum barefoot, not because of cowboy boots either. The pictures are there of Hogan with him and many others over six feet tall like Lloyd which prove Hogan was well over 6’6” and at least 6’7” pre- height loss. This is not fan boy fantasy, and saying that does not discredit anyone either. Hogan was never 6’8” or 6’9” like they billed him, but he also was never 6’5” as some of you think, he just had way too much height on guys in that range. Oh, and saying Lister said Hogan was the same height as him means nothing, by the time Hogan did that movie he had been wrestling over 10 years and had lost close to if not an inch by then making him 6’6”, Lister had bouts that gave him a 2-3” advantage over Hogan in those scenes and still was only an inch taller.

If you guys are just fans then whos to say you are exactly right. When we look at pics is 1 thing. But i will try and post hogans pics with ft6,4 bill anderson with hogan looking every bit 3_4 inches taller and hogan towering a ft6,0.5 christopher loyd by a good 7_8 inches. Thats what i mean by prime folks.
-----------------
First off Bill Anderson claims 6ft2 for himself and even that seems an exaggeration. He's pictured with tons of other wrestlers and looks 6ft-6ft1 at best. Vince McMahon had at least an inch on Bill Anderson, so I guess McMahon is really 6ft5.
Second, you keep rambling about Hogan's prime being in the late 70's, but here you are claiming Hogan looked prime height next to Christopher Lloyd in a movie that was filmed in 1990. So what is it? Did he lose height by then or didn't he. Make up your mind!
That pic with Christopher Lloyd is a horrible pic to judge height for a number of reasons. If you can't even see that, than it's useless to debate Hogan's height with you. Neither man is even remotely standing straight, and the ground doesn't seem to be level either.
Here's a better pic of Hogan & Lloyd.
Both guys now have decent posture and the ground is level as they're standing on a rooftop. There's at best 4-5 inches difference, and Hogan might even have a footwear advantage there.
When Hogan wrestled Andre in Canada back in 1980, they billed him at 6'6", 330lbs.
So you can forget about Hogan being any taller than that. And that's definately his prime height.
This is what a legitimate 6ft7 guy looks like next to Hogan.
That's Ben Davidson on the left. Former Defensive End for the Oakland Raiders. He was listed both 6ft7 and 6ft8 by the Oakland Raiders. He easily looks an inch taller than Hogan there and he's not even standing straight, whereas Hogan is standing as straight as an arrow there.
Hogan wasn't 6ft7, not even in his prime. He looked at best 6ft5 to me. Anywhere from 6ft4.5 to 6ft5.5 seems a reasonable guess to me. 6ft7 is way too high, and people like Henry who claim Hogan was at least 6ft9 are obviously not taken the least bit seriously over here.
Years before Kevin Nash became a wrestler he went to a wrestling show to see Hogan wrestle. This was somewhere in the mid-80's and Nash expected Hogan to be 6'9" and was surprised he was nowhere near that height. He claimed that inspired him to pursue a career in pro-wrestling. He estimated Hogan at about 6ft4 back then.

@Daniel reynolds. Where did I say I thought Hogan was 6'4.5" peak? I can tell you that he was not much taller than my 6'4" Grandfather in 1980. Hogan had stopped right in front of us on his way to the ring. I can tell you that my Army room mate, who had seen Hogan up close several times, thought Hogan was in-between my at the time 6'3 1/4" and our other room mate who was 6'6". I can tell you that my step father, who sat next to Hogan on a flight from Japan back to America thought Hogan was quite a bit bigger than my Grandfather, but didn't say how much taller. My guess is Hogan was a solid 6'5" throughout most of the day. Could he have been 6'6"? Maybe. He sure looked close to that in his late 70's match against a 6'3" Ted Dibiase. Personally I think its just a little taller than he actually was.

Melvin jones, 62B and Tr3b. If you think hogan was ft6,4.5 at his very best then you are welcome to think that. I have followed WWF wrestling long enough now since 1984 and i have always known that hogan was a good ft6,6 at best. You can,t change my opinion on that. What i have been trying to point out is terry hulk hogan late 1970,s. I was born 1977 lets take hogan from 1977 and not 1995_2000, you saw hogan at his best 1977. Solitris gravas is pointing out 1995. But the toll of heavy bounces and knocks had taken its toll over all the years on hogan come 1995. 1 thing doubters will not do is post terrys best pics from late 1970,s. They will pic his worst from 1995_2000 and make a point. If ever you look at a pic with terry and big bill anderson 1980,s pic those 2 shaking hands with bill anderson who was ft6,4, there was a good 3_4 inches in terrys favour. Both wearing the same footwear. Please try and look at that pic. Also looking at chris loyd ft6,0.5 a good 7_8 inches shorter than terry. Take a very good look at that pic also. Now a ft6,5 fella would not look as big against these guys. I do urge you guys to look at these pics i mentioned or even post them on this sight. But i guess that will controdict all doubters. 62B it is possible for hogan to of lost 1 inch between 1979-1989 with all the heavy knocks, bounces on the head and back also. I am not looking at me. But terry could well of lost an inch or so with all the bounces on the head yes. If mark calloway from his prime of ft6,7.5_ft6,8 could lose height to what ft6,6 today then the same thing can apply to hogan also. But melvin jones yes some WWF wrestlers do lie about their prime heights, but not all though and i do make an exception for terry when you compare him from 1977-2000,s.

Daniel reynolds said on 19/Apr/19
Dotiris gravas : my point has been hogan has been involved in wrestling since 1970,s. His debute was 1979 to the WWF. He has wrestled before then if you look at footages. Now how many years is that.???? You said his ops were 2009, but you have got to look at the toll from wrestling long before then. As i mentioned enough, bounces on the head and back for the past 30 years or so. You tell me how i can notice a difference between hogan 2005 compared to 1977 for example. You tell me how it is then that WWF wrestlers do shrink with time. I am interested to hear. Terry you can give an exception for anyway regardless. But there are others also. Buy the way you do realise the great khali was in fact ft7,1 true height in his prime yes. Not ft6,9.!!??.
Canson said on 19/Apr/19
@Dan Reynolds: you admitted that you are a fan of Hulk Hogan. That seems to have clouded your judgment regarding his height. But liking a celeb should not result in wanting them to be taller than they are or arguing that they are
MelvinJones said on 18/Apr/19
I was a big fan of Hulk Hogan too but professional wrestling always exaggerates wrestlers heights and weights. Hogan was probably 6'5 at his tallest with 1 1/2 inch lifts in his boots.
RP said on 18/Apr/19
At Sotiris...yeah, Hogan was only 2.25” taller than Sting when he first joined the WCW.
Note: Sting’s wrestling boots were huge & thick. Height boosters of 1.625” to 1.75” ...pretty close to 1.875” height boosting cowboy boots.but, you’re right...Hogan was 2.25” taller than a 6’2” to 6’2.25” Sting from 1995-1998. All kinds of evidence all there that proves it. Sting also was on an episode of Thunder In Paradise. There was a scene with Hogan & Sting both barefoot in wetsuits/swim gear...and guess what?...Hogan was only 2.25” taller. I think that episode was in 1994...maybe 1995?? Last time I saw Hogan with Sting (about a year ago) 2018...Hogan was 1.75” taller.
Johan 185 cm said on 18/Apr/19
I dont doubt that Hogan did infact measure 6'7" at his peak. However I think it was in his cowboyboots which he wore alot back then. I think 6'5.5" peak but I wouldn't be surprised if he was 6'5-6'5.25" either.
Not under 6'3" today though since his surgeries, he is standing alot straighter again.

I am also a great fan of mark calloway, dwayne johnson, stone dold steve austin. I thought giant gonzalez height of ft7,6 is most impressive. When he stood up against mark in the ring 1 year he made mark look like a lepricorn. I would say though and i,m not just saying this because i was a fan of terry hulk hogan, but terry was probably the grestest WWF wrestling of all time. If he wasn,t then he would of been up there.

Here's Hogan (in cowboy boots) looking nowhere near the 6'7" or 6'8" fanboys want him to be next to 6'2" peak-height Sting back in 1995...
As for height loss, Hogan underwent back surgery in 2009, not prior to his match w/ Sting. Where did all of his height go? Maybe The Rock dressed as the Tooth Fairy paid him a visit and magically took it away. Here's a list of his operations which began in 1998...
Hogan was only 42 in that 1995 match w/ Sting.
On his reality show, Hogan said his daughter was 6 feet tall, when in "reality," she's all of 5'9.75".
Funny how his son, Nick, is only listed as 6 feet tall online. You'd think the guy would be taller if his dad were really 6'8" peak height. Sorry, gents -- reality and wrestling just don't mix.
Today, Hogan (age 65) is max 6'2.5", and Sting (age 60) is max 6'1.5".

Tr3b. You must be tripping to think that terry was ft6,4.5 in his prime. Ft6,6 is alot more sensible than you ft6,4.5 estimation. I have to really disagree with you. As i have mentioned his ops with 2 discs removed years of bounces on the head and back along with a curbed spine and age now also. Terry has been involved in wrestling since the 1970,s. Terry is in his 60,s now.if he is ft6,3.5 today then he has done very well indeed. He can,t even stand up straight today. Mark was over ft6,6 inhis prime indeed that was very noticeable.

@Dan Reynolds: Lennox Lewis was actually measured 6’4.75 at one point not a full 6’5”. By this site’s standards (afternoon heights), it’s possible he is that or perhaps a little lower like 6’4.5. As for Hogan, nobody is discrediting his mother. But his mother may have mismeasured him or he may not be telling the truth. Im not accusing him of lying. Nobody here is but what we are all saying is that you can’t believe what the Rock and Hogan say relative to their own heights when neither of these guys look the heights they claimed at their peaks. While Hogan has lost considerable height (6’5-6’6 max) to 6’3 today, we can’t say the same about Rock because he hasn’t had the injuries or the surgeries that Hogan has had which include removing vertebrae from his spine. Rock was never 6’5” he was 6’2-6’3 peak and 6’2 today. There is no reason for him to have lost 3” in height with not significant injuries. It’s no different than a guy on the street who told me he was 6’5 once when I’m a good 1.5-2” taller than him at 6’4.25. This guy wasn’t more than 6’2.5-6’3. This is among the many times that people have lied about their heights but that’s one of the more egregious. I’ve seen several 6’2 range guys say they’re 6’4” when they’re really not even a proper 6’4” with shoes on. In some cases when you actually take it to the tape measure or stadiometer, the truth comes out. They then say “well I’m that with shoes on” etc or they just make up a number they like. Hogan and Rock were wrestlers and just like any other wrestler they are fibbed by WWE. If Hogan were actually 6’7” barefoot he would be listed 6’10 probably just like the undertaker who was 6’7” not 6’8”

Heres a suggestion. How about looking at pics of hogan and post the ones you dont really want to post. Of course it will controdict the doubters. Lets say for example hogan with chris loyd walking along. Hogan did have footware advantage but how tall was chris loyd ft6,0.5_ft6,1. Hogan towers him and lets not forget hogan was looking down where he would of lost 2 inches by not looking straight ahead. Big bill anderson is another. Listed at ft6,4 standing next to hogan shaking hands. Why he was called big bill i haven,t a clue. James buster douglas was in fact ft6,4 1990 no less and you can argue that i really don,t care. I have always known since 1990 he was ft6,4. He may be ft6,3 now. But look at 2 pics with him and hogan. 1 where hogan is standing further back from douglas and still looks 2 inches. The 1 of all photos is douglas and hogan with them holding their arms in the air. A noticeable difference in height and size. Put these pics on. I ask anyone to. Its all well and good to post the pics you really want and look great by making your points and gaining support from other peoples comments. But putting the pics that might controdict isn,t fair now. I agree with henry that douglas was wearing footware advantage.

Remember this. From a distance or difference postures and angles. You can never tell the real difference say between a ft6,6 guy to ft6,7 example. If we are talking 3_4 inches then of course very noticeable indeed. Lets just look at thst.

What i would most like to know is this and put wrestling aside for the moment anyway....if terry hulk hogan was measured by his mum back in the 1970,s let,s just say before he even joined WWF wrestling. Then why would his own mum of all people lie about his own height then. ???. Answer that.!!! Yes she could of made a mistake, but lie. His own mum. No. Let,s just say he wasn,t involved in wrestling back then. Wrestlers didn,t understand the meaning of lying about their own heights back then LOL. But now it,s such a massive thing with WWF wrestlers. We are talkong now_20 years ago in which a WWF wrestler could of lied due to showmanship. If terry wasn,t involved in wrestling say 1975. Hype was never a massive deal back then. But of 2000 era it is noticeable. So that,s what i mean billed height wrestlers. Why would you of felt the need to lie. Times were never a massive ego back say 1975 for example. If you were ft6,7 you really were. Lets look at the other wtestlers footwear. 2_3 inch lifts. Photos you have posted. Physcho sid terry hulk hogan. Pyscho sid ft6,6.5 and seemed 3 inches taller than terry in different pics, different times, photo positions etc. I most be absolutely looney bin yes.!!!???. No. I,m not nuts at all. I am talking alot of sense indeed LOL. If henry and ronster read this message then please say you guys understand well. I can,t win. Brick wall....but if you guys feel my point or anyone else out there. It is so easy to talk and say. But like i said, i am with you guys and you have obviously found out some way some how terry wasn,t ft6,5. No.i do agree with ronster and henry on this. Henry and ronster. I agree with you 2 guys and i really look forward to your replys. 👍👍👍

@Daniel Reynolds
Mr T always looked that 5'10 range with guys like Piper and Hogan . 5'10-5'10.5 is very believible . The funny thing is that he was billed as a small man , when in the reality he was above average for the 1980's standards.

Forget ft6,4.5 nonsense. Lennex, lennox lweis was measured ft6,5. I reckon terry when he was at hos very best would of edged lennox. Not by much. But terry would of be slightly taller and i do say slightly taller than lennox terry 1977 lets say. Agreed dan trojan, sotiris gravas, canson. I would give the edge to terry in height. But in terms of size terry would of mountained lennox in terms of build. But terry would of edged lennox in height when terry was at his ultimate best say 1977_1980. Yes no.???

John matuszak was listed ft6,8. Looking at him with mr t. He looked no taller than terry standing with mr t. Maybe an inch taller. Maybe.

If terry was ft6,5.5 like you guys point out then he would of been the biggest ft6,5.5 mountain on a man i have ever seen. I said he had lost 1 inch between 1979 and 1989. You have got to remember this. Terry like so many other WWF wrestlers have been bounce on their heads once to often over the years. You tell me why then he has had so many ops. 2 discs removed. I mentioned terry can hardly stand up straight today. Do you really want to tell me he has lost only 2 inches since 1977.????...no.!!! Look at mark also. Billed heights, but remember the bounces on the heads and backs curbed spines. You will look at terrys footware. Lets look at the other wrestlers footware also. Are they the same. I mentioned tommy tiny lister. Now there is a guy that could well of worn 3 inch lifts in his boots and he will say terry was about ft6,5. i REPEAT, about ft6,5. He couldn,t talk himself. Being ft6,5 trying to look ft6,8 with lifts. Very well done indeed.

I do think Hogan looks an easy 2" or maybe a fraction more than a peak Buster Douglas, who today still looks around 6'3" with Rob. So If Buster was even close to 6'4" at one time, then its possible that Hulk was close to the full 6'6". Still I think most evidence shows Hulk 6'5" or maybe a small fraction over.

Ronster and henry. I am with you guys on this. I did say it would not suprise me if terry was ft6,9 aged 25. You guys have obviously found that out some how. I do value everyones opinion. But terry in his 20,s looked more than ft6,5 to me and i do think his height has been under shadowered with age and time and other peoples opinions. I can never controdict anyone on saying their height at their very best. You may as well say i am ft5,7 insread of ft5,10 which is what i really am bare foot. But if either you ronster or henry can somehow find proof of terrys mid 20,s true height either by measurement or a photo of him being measured bare foot back then. Then that will put all these guys to rest. I am alot more on the sides of henry and ronster here. These guys would of followed WWF wrestling from back then them selves. If there is anyone that can prove terrys true height in his 20,s bare foot please and i ask please can you post a photo here. I am trying guys.👍👍👍

I have looked at some pics of rocky 3 which is just like saying abc to you guys and you will find them like saying abc. Stallone says ft5,10 prime height aged 36. He may well of lost height now. But lets just suppose he was ft5,10. Let,s just suppose. Mr t was noticeably taller in posing pics with stallone rocky 3. 1 where they are both posing looking at the camera and mr t is just standing behind stallone. There looks a good 2 inches in mr t,s favour. There is another pic of the rocky 3 crew apart from terry. Why terry wasn,t in that pic i don,t know. Perhaps he was told he was too tall to fit in.😆😆. Mr t is in between the heights of stallone and carl weathers ft6,2. Now who looks at carl weathers height and ever talks about it. so my point is this....if mr t was ft6,0 or ft5,11.5 in 1982 then that perhaps may give a different story on terrys true height back then. I have looked at mr t and terry in many pics as they were very good pals. But something is wrong i know it. Terry looked no less than ft6,6 in 1985 to me and other points i was pointed out. But i will ask either ronster or henry as i am with you guys on this topic. If there is any way you could find proof that terry was a good ft6,7 in his hayday if either 1 of you guys can post it to put the others at rest. Please. I am trying. But if stallone was ft5,10 then how would mr t of be ft5,10 like so many say. No. Mr t was ft5,11 and even if stallone was ft5,9 which i doubt then mr t looked every bit 2-2.5 inches taller. So lets just say ft5,11.5. Hopefully someone will come along at some point and catch you disbelievers out right. I am will henry and ronster on this. But i do value your opinions but to an extent.

I used to go to comic-book conventions when I was younger, where celebrities/wrestlers go and charge money for photos, but not nowadays. Around 10 years ago, a furious friend of mine was busy telling off Lou Ferrigno, irate over the fact that he'd have to pay just for a snapshot, I think $40(?), not even a signed photo/poster, for his kid. He basically told him to take all of the merch he was going to buy and stick it where the sun don't shine... at almost the exact moment I walked up to Ferrigno's booth, lol. Pretty sure he would have a heart attack at current prices. (Maybe Lou didn't hear everything my pal said due to his hearing impairment, otherwise there might have been a "HULK SMASH!" moment. Me being there might have helped him a little.)
Editor Rob is definitely more generous than I am.

Tom “Zeus” Lister was 6’5” barefoot...6’7” & Change in his big black ring boots & weighed 305-310 lbs. And initially got billed by the WWF at an insane 6’11” & 343 lbs !!!!! LOL!!!😂😂😂 most ridiculous billing in the history of pro wrestling ! Even André only got an billing of 4.5” LOL! 😂😂😂 this cat was getting 6” & 35 lbs for a while.

@Canson. Yeah, Rock at 6'5" is crazy. He looked a good 2" shorter than Vince Vaughn in get shorty, who Rob has pegged at 6'5". Personally though I thought Jeff Goldblum's who Rob has listed at 6'4 1/4" looked every bit as tall as Vaughn in Jurassic world, so Vaughn might not even have been 6'5". Rock is also noticeably shorter than 6'4"ish David Hasselhoff and 6'3.5"ish Conan O'Brien. Rock is about my age and height and in phenomenal shape. I can't see him having lost as much or more height than I have, seeing I am out of shape and have degenerative disk disease and ankylosing spondylitis. Peak Rock was likely 6'3" at most, but probably really somewhere between 6'2" and 6'3". He probably hasn't lost very much. Another thing to consider is Rock seems to like wearing shoes or boots with big soles.

@Dan Trojan: lol it’s hilarious when people claim a person is taller than they actually are or claim. It’s 99% of the time the other way around. They aren’t as tall (barefoot) as they claim (shoes or fibbed). So Tiny claiming and being a proper 6’5 makes him 6’6.5 just to make someone insecure with their height or egotistical whichever we want to call it, the height that they claim. Like I’ve said before, there are some things here that just can’t be taken seriously. But now you can see what I’ve been saying all along with Sotiris. A lot of people here jump down his back for his estimates when he is at least providing some reasoning and pictures (although not very good ones at times). He isn’t nearly as bad as others here who upgrade everyone for no reason. And He isn’t simply going and saying people are taller than they claim which is ludicrous in a sport like Wrestling where they have to maintain the larger than life image. Although downgrading or upgrading beyond reasonable belief or outside of reasoning isn’t good either way, at least it’s a known fact that people would more than likely upgrade rather than downgrade their own height
Henry said on 12/Apr/19
Hulk Hogan was at least 6'9" barefoot right out of bed before he started losing height by doing thousands of legdrops and having dozens of height reducing hip, knee, back, neck surgeries etc. Hogans minimum 6'9" height is indisputable from the Belzer and Buster Douglas Photos. Blitzer and Douglas both have significant footwear advantages over Hogan.
All the haters on this site are very very short themselves and make themselves feel better by trying to get Rob to reduce the height of all celebrities on here.
They would be better off trying to improve society by organizing to fight height discrimination against short men instead of spending all their time and effort in trying to get Rob to reduce the already lower than consensus listings for many celebrities.

Hulk hogan had lost slight height since 1979 to 1989 against tiny lister no holds barred. 1 inch.
______________________
1" height loss between the ages of 26 and 36 would be a very significant amount and highly abnormal and unlikely. Most people would not loose any height by their mid 30's

@62B: well said. You see where that poster also said that the Rock was 6’5” at his peak. Back in the early 2000s Eddie George was as tall as if not taller than the Rock and George measured 6’2.5 so not even sure if that was his low. The “Terry/Hulk’s mom said this or that or told him this or that” means diddly squat honestly

@Dan Trojan, Sotiris, and RP: you have some people who believe what they want. It’s just funny that because Hulk says his mother measured him 6’7” that’s what he is. Of course we know people lie about their height and it’s usually. Then of course you have a guy like Charles Barkley and Howard Stern who claim their actual heights yet people say that they’re taller than they are all the time.
Stunner74 said on 11/Apr/19
Sotiris, your 6’7 right? How bout you track some of these guys down and see for yourself. That’d give us a good comparison 👍

Hulk hogan had lost slight height since 1979 to 1989 against tiny lister no holds barred. 1 inch. Tiny lister was believed to of been taller than ft6,5 and then you have got to look at the monster lifts he was wearing himself. You talk about hogans boots. It wouldn,t suprise me if tiny lister had 3 inch moster lifts.
62B said on 10/Apr/19
@Daniel reynolds. You are certainly entitled to your opinion, as we all have our own. Most of us here on this sight are really out for the truth about celebrities actual heights, and we use late afternoon/early evening as the standard. There really is no evidence that I have seen that supports Hogan ever being anything over Robs listed peak height. Most regular posters on Hogan believe he was closer to 6'5" than 6'6", while some have a decent argument suggesting he was no more than 6'4.5" barefoot. Arguments are based off of personal sightings, video and pictures that usually have other people or objects of a known height for comparison. So you can argue/debate all you want, but no one here is going to take "well Terry's said his Mom once measured him at 6'7" as any kind of proof, when so much more evidence suggests he wasn't. So find some kind of plausible proof for a decent argument and people might take it into consideration for how tall they think Hogan was at his peak.

Your posts are basically the same rant over and over again and it's getting real old, real fast. Almost as old as your "Terry."
P.S. Carson was max 5'10.5" peak height, not 5'11".
Daniel reynolds said on 9/Apr/19
I don,t understand how this sight gives celebs real height. But it does sound odd with certain celebs. I don,t understand how this sight can be so sure unless it was reveiled by all known celebs. Every sight has different measurements when you look which is my point. I don,t know if you guys are stats guys for real or just fans that put in votes. But my point is how can anyone really be controdicted on their true height in their prime if they give it you and they have been measured at a certain height. It,s like me. I,m ft5,10 for real, but i guess you may as well just say i,m ft5,8 for a fact not ft5,10. When it comes to 1.5 inches. It is rather hard to compare to perfection especially when we are looking at times a distance, not being too close. Or different postures and angles. If we are talking 3_4 inches i do agree. But it,s looking at terry in his prime that stuns me as apposed to 2000. A noticeable difference in height and still wearing lifts anyway. I just can,t see how this sight can be so accurate over someones stating of their prime height. Is it on the harsh side with certain people not always trufthful, i don,t know. Forget what other people will say that have met celebs. But if they haven,t measured that person in their prime then it is really easy to be 1.5 inches off target especially when you are looking at a big guy in his prime.
Editor Rob
I'm not sure where CelebHeights I state heights as being 'facts' or 'truths'...it would be a bit silly to claim the heights were facts!
CelebHeights is an entertainment and trivia website estimating the heights of famous people. It's on every page in the footer (in bold): "Heights are barefeet estimates". 😉
Except my own height, that's certainly a fact 🤩
Canson said on 9/Apr/19
@Johan 185: I agree with you and that’s the most I could conceivably see for Hulk was 6’5.5. I would’ve said something along those lines myself (6’6 out of bed 6’5.25 at a low) and Taker 6’8/6’8.25 out of bed 6’7.25 at a low). It was a difference of 1.5-2” between them I agree. I could buy Rob’s listing for Taker but not any higher whereas 6’6” seems high for Hulk as is and 6’7” just outlandishly high. He would make that in boots in the afternoon perhaps but the boots would be around 1.5”+
Canson said on 9/Apr/19
@Dan Trojan: well said! And the sources on this site who claim the same aren’t very credible themselves.

I guess we can agree to disagree on this topic. I do believe some wrestlers have fake heights but not all. I am going by everybidys stats on the web. Not just terry. Daley thompson, marilyn monroe, nat king cole, sugar ray robinson. All sorts of people. I am not going by this sight because i just don,t feel this sight in particular does give an accurate height of everybody. It,s rather shy should i say. Some yes. But i really do think the only way we would of known terrys true height would of been by measuring him ourselves bare foot when he was in his late 20,s. I am rather puzzled by daley thompsons height also. I was a great fan of daley and some sights have listed daley at ft6,0 and some i have come across ft6,2. I reckon this sight would of given daley ft6,0 in his prime.

Daniel, Terry had on 1.75” black dress boots when on the 1982 Johnny Carson Show. Carson was close to 5’11” at his youthful peak. However, by 1982 his was only in the low 5’10’s” at best. 5’10” to 5’10-1/4”....his peak height was 5’10-3/4”...IMO Bro, accept it! Terry was only 6’5” & Change barefoot at his peak (20’s up to his mid 30’s)
