I noticed this attractive lady only has one comment, so here comes another one! I like the common-sense advice she gives about the need for taking more exercise to tone yourself up, even if you do end up weighing more! Muscle tissue weighs more than fat, but then it does hold water. It also takes up far less space, hence the lean, trim look. Muscle pounds need far more calories to maintain themselves so follow this lady's advice and you'll be able to enjoy more food without piling on the pounds* AND you'll look slimmer and healthier too! That sure sounds good to me! 👙👍 😉
