5’7.5, rob had poor posture on this photo, and he has a larger than average head so even if their eye levels are only about .5 inch apart I’d say Rob is still taller by 3/4 inch.

On Supergirl there was an episode where he claimed he was 5’9”. Although I have seen him listed online toward the 5’10” range before. I think he looks more 5’8” range. He wasn’t much taller than the actresses of Kara and Alex. Although if he was like measured at a 1/2” like 5’8 1/2” once, then I think it wouldn’t be a problem to claim 5’9” since as long as you claim something that looks reasonably close to the mark, then it’s credible. Measurements at certain places/times can vary anywhere up to an inch, but on average they should relatively give you an idea of which inch you’re closest to. It only becomes an issue if you start inflating 2+ inches since most footwear for men from what I’ve seen can only add more than one inch, but less than two inches.

I did my back in and things have just got worse ever since. The reason I have lost so much height is down to my need for a hip replacement operation. My left hip needs 'slotting back' into my hip socket, so to speak! I have seen the X-ray and the bone looks lacklustre and worn out, but that's just my opinion! My doctor says I am at risk of osteoperosis, but I have known that for some time and it does run in my family!
I have always been very health conscious and consumed loads of calling rich food and just because I have ended up like this, don't let it put you off eating sensibly! As I mentioned, conditions like this are inherited and far more commonplace if you're a woman!

(150cm, having lost height due to injury; 5ft1-1.5 before, last year!). I have even nearly fallen over looking up to someone of your height for any length of time - from dizziness, awe, who knows? I had a hairdresser who was 6ft7 and I felt giddy looking up and talking to him!
It is always interesting to hear other people's opinions of how to spot height difference. My Mum swore by the shoulders method, and it did rub off on me a bit! But yes, you're right that it lets you down on many, many fronts; how can everyone have the same-sized heads? That wouldn't half look funny if a person of your height had a head of the same size as a person 12 - 18 inches smaller, ie, the height range of a common small-sized man or woman? Ha ha ha - it wouldn't happen, but even people of the same height have varying-sized heads!

A strong 5'8" for Jeremy is baffling. He has a shorter eyelevel than Rob because of his smaller head size, yet his eyes are still lower than Rob's. He looks a very weak 5'8" (around 5'7.5"-5'7.75") It goes to show you that pics aren't always that accurate when it comes to guessing height.

Editor Rob yeah he looks smaller, but I wasn't sure he actually seemed any shorter though, I guessed very similar range to myself, at least coming in from the right hand side. When moving round to the left for this photo maybe he didn't seem as tall, but I cannot believe there was any undulation in the floor, as it's a big conference room (we both had around 1 inch footwear).

i see him shorter than Rob here.By this picture i would gauge him at 5"7' max=Rob is slouching at least as much as him imo ,and his eyes are 2 cm higher than him + Jeremy's head seem short with a shorter forehead than Rob.then i see him a good 1.25 inch shorter than Rob here

@Sammy Derrick I agree that the 5' 9" quote from that episode is probably true, but I have to disagree with you saying they make him look short or weak on the show - I think, if anything, he looks taller on screen, especially stood next to Mehcad Brooks, than he does off screen.
